Meh.

We received this unit as a gift. It's OK, but I don't like "smart" televisions. Integrating complex components like this is a recipe for obsolesce. I especially don't like "yet another app" for features I DO NOT NEED. Y'all have enough tentacles into my private life, enough already.

Technological Masterpiece

Bluetooth Included

the tu7000 is a great, feature rich tv. i bought this tv because it includes bluetooth. my hearing impairment requires that i use a headset while watching tv. the tu7000 allows the tv speakers and the bluetooth device to work simultaneously. also, the set will automatically connect with the headset if the headset is powered on before you power on the tv . . . nice!

This product offers more than expected

The access to the Samsung channels as well as access to Tubi, Youtube and so many other networks give us so much to choose from that we can always find something that will entertain us both.

Great Tv

Dark Spots When White Or Light Colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV developed 2 sets of dark spots when the image is white or light colors. This really takes away from my ability to enjoy this television. It was so close to the end warranty, it is very disappointing.

Hi Derek12345, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying properly. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: 1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections 2. If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, and fixed horizontal or vertical lines. 3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels? 4. Press the Home button (which looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources? 5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test) 6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Nice TV that was gifted to me

Perfect

Audio Guidance works well

I'm a blind user and with my Samsung TV I am now able to use my TV with minimal help due to the Audio Guidance and Alexa. One thing I wish the remote had is a 30 second time jump button rather than needing to locate the screen time jump which takes quite a bit of navigation.

NEAR PERFECTION

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon familiarizing myself with the TV and the features which are available to this model, I have to say that I am very impressed. Not only is the TV cheaper than I anticipated, but it has a huge plus over Streaming Devices... HBO Max! I can finally access the full library, without side loading the application. The only feature that I wish was available, is the built in assistant apps. (Bixby, Alexa, And/Or Google Assistant). You still can use them, however it is accessed by syncing the TV with your personal assistant device. Over all, this is a great buy, and one that I will get more than my moneys worth out of, for many years to come!
