[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Samsung tv, it's the best tv I've had so far. I've tried other smart tv and they have all be slow and not very smart. The Samsung tv definitely executes what it's supposed to and it does it well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest issue I have with the TV is the occasional flickering, I usually just cycle through Game Mode to make it go away. I am using a HDMI 2.1 cable so that shouldn't be causing any issue.Other than that the Film Maker mode is a Godsend.

I watch Halmark movies, current tennis tournaments on T2 , Tiny House Nation and when I'm feeling nostalgic, there are old game shows and classic movies and TV shows! Some days I don't even watch regular streaming because there is so much to watch on the free guide! Thank you Samsung for all the wonderful free channels!

Just got the 2141.2 software update and Samsung has done NOTHING to fix the problem with the Time. 1. The Time is off on some OTA channels by up to 6 min now. 2. If you set the Time to manual the Time now shows correct in the default guide but the OTA guide information is shifted 1 hr ahead. 3. When set to either Auto or Manual the Alternate Guide for the Samsung TV program Guide the Time is not correct but shifted forward 1 hr but the guide channel information is correct. The user interface is not as bad as some I have used, but not getting the Time right should be fundamental part of a TV and Guide.

I think this is the best TV on your phone I would definitely buy another one I love Samsung products they are the best products out in my opinion and they also are built to last and they last a a lot longer than any of the other brands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just what I wanted. It perfectly replaced the TV I previously owned. It fits great in the area I have it setup. The whole family uses and enjoys. We have family movie night. It's like being at the movies. Our sons play there video games and have friends over to entertain. Saturday and Sunday is our football weekend. The picture quality makes you feel like you're right at the game. We add more speakers that gave use surround sound and it makes more awesome.

Had it for 4 months then recently the TV stopped.... parts are still "on order!" Thank you to the warrenty department for keeping up with all this. Still waiting on parts.

I was not disappointed at all! Visually the tv is stunning, in 4K it's like you are part of the show! Glad I bought this, didn't know what I was missing.

i had great expectations that this brand and model would last longer than the cheaper brands we have gotten in the past but we were extremely wrong. to fix was out of pocket and would have costed the same as getting a new one. i do not recommend this to any of my friends or family.

i purchased 50" tv tu7000 before 2 month and only after 10 days it started flickering a lot i complained to samsung service center and after 1.5 month i got a replacement with new 58" tv same model.(i paid extra 35 kd) and again the replaced model also after 10 days having same flickering issue. disappointed with this product. horrible i usually like samsung products
