Absolutely garbage

i have a fire stick and a sound bar connected via optical cable. everything worked great for about a month. than all of i couldn't change the volume on the sound bar with the tv remote. tried everything with no luck. and now it won't recognize fire stick either i even bought a new one and it still won't work. i have never owned a tv that gave me so many issues and i have 4. stay away from this product at all costs!

Hi Katm9, Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding issues connecting external devices to your unit. When you are connecting your devices that supply 4K content to your TV, such as your Fire TV Stick, there is one very important step you need to do on your Samsung TV. You need to enable Input Signal Plus. Press the Home button on your TV remote, and then navigate to and select Settings > General. Select External Device Manager, and then select Input Signal Plus. Select the HDMI port you connected your device to, and then press Select to turn the feature On. I hope this helps. We love this Tv

Glitchy

wow. nothing but disappointed in this product i have to constantly unplug the tv just for the tv to switch apps for example spectrum i've gone through all the self diagnostics this happened right out of the box should not have thrown the box away i would've returned the tv right back to the store the same day

If you haven't tried already, we recommend optimizing the smart TV performance with the Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. We also suggest you check your internet connection: 1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Resetting your TV's SmartHub can also help resolve app issues you are experiencing. To reset your SmartHub, please try the following steps: 1) Gather the login information for all of your apps: When you reset Smart Hub, you will sign you out of your Samsung Account and all of your apps, not just the one you're having trouble with. Make sure you have the current login information for all of your accounts before you proceed. If you need this information, visit the app developer's website. Turns off and on continuously

so i've had my samsung for 2years now went to turn on the other day, as soon as i used the remote tv turned on w the samsung screen for less then a second, then the screen then began to turn soff, then back on continuously had to unplug the power cord from wall. did research stating in forums that if this happens check-out remotes batteries and replace, then unplug tv for 30 secs from wall and turn on from tv on/ off button. result was the tv would do the same thing turning off and on continues till power is removed from device. this upsets me knowing that the tv is still new..

Hi Dylan, I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV is turning itself on and off repeatedly. Please know we are here to help you! Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. OK Tv Poor Support

I've owned many Samsung Products throughout the years and most of them are still function too this day with no problems. This TV became defective after only a few months of use. Warranty could not fix the problem. Samsung's only recourse was that I would be without use of a TV for 6 to 8 weeks.

Best purchase of my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is the best TV I have ever own and personally my favorite top of the line brand that can't be beat by anything else on the market by far. I own all samsung products and a cool thing about this spectacular tv is it syncs with my samsung fridge alerting me when the doors are open on my refrigerator. The factory sound system is top of the line and very clear with an excellent audio output that I have not heard on a tv I've owned before this. I will never buy another brand but samsung.

Huge upgrade from my old tv
