we were given the 4k smart tv and gave it a trial for 2 weeks. we could never get the picture bright enough to see. the blackness was always overwhelming. we tried online help and every adjustment possible. finally decided to keep our old tv. in a side-by-side comparison, the old tv had a bright and visible picture, and the samsung was incredible dark.

This 43" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020) has an high quality picture, has a sensor that automatically adjust the brightness,easy set-up, you can turn on the TV speaker and Bluetooth device at the same time, has sign language zoom and so much more. My grandchildren and myself are very pleased with our new 43" Class TU7000 Crystal 4K Smart TV. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a new television, i would tell them to purchase this one. I power up my game system and it goes directly to the channel that has the hdmi cable connected to. It stores the recent apps you've used, and on top of that it tells u where u left off at. Without getting to the app, it's at the main menu. Will be purchasing soon again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound quality of this TV are great, but the selling point is the smart TV/App interface for a non-cable installation. We were able to load all the streaming services we use (and we use quite a few) with ease and can now access practically any content quickly and easily. Of several brands of smart tvs that we have used, this interface is the most comprehensive and reliable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this for viewing movies, sports, and streaming. The set that this replaced was good at least I thought it was. I bought a Samsung for my son for Xmas and discovered how mine paled in comparison. I purchased this one for myself and couldn't believe the difference and how much better it is. The picture quality is so clear, the blacks in the background are black, and the bluetooth feature is an added bonus. I've always been partial to Samsung products. My first big screen was a 56" DLP and worked great for 12 years until I sold it to buy my prior 65" and it still had the original bulb in it. I currently have this TU7000 tv, T50M sound bar, and Samsung blu-ray player. They all complement each other for a great viewing and sound experience.
