I'm completely in love I brought 2
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently have two of these TVs and I love them. From the picture to the user friendly capabilities, it makes life simple. I can hook it to my phone and manage it in my phone too which is a great component for me to control the tv that's my son has access too.
New TV - Broken feature right out of the box
i purchased this 65" class tu7000 crystal uhd 4k smart tv in november 2021. right out of the box it had a broken hdmi arc port/jack. the tv only comes with two hdmi ports to begin with. so, i was able to hook up cable to hdmi 1 however now i can't use the hdmi arc port for hooking up a sound bar, for example. then, the tv's bluetooth search feature doesn't seem to be working, or isn't compatible, even though the soundbar is also a samsung unit. so, features in addition to the regular tv function - not so good.

Great TV, okay operating system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for a few months now and im very impressed with it. Definitely exactly what I wanted. The operating system can sometimes bug out a bit, or lag behind, so it's not perfect but no smart TV is.

Bad experience
bought this tv on july 03, 2020. was fine for first few days but now the screen is blinking automatically when i played the video. either i have to stop that video and play other video or i have to power off tv for 5 mins. its so irritating now and decided to return.

its the only tv that allowed me to watch hbo max, so... thats what i took under consideration when i had to buy a new tv. however, the tv operating system is slow. it's laggy! i'm used to a faster operation speed. i have other tv brands at home: vizio (which sucks but opens any app faster than this samsung) and an lg which i adore. other than that... the tv is pretty good. based on this... i think it is overprized.

Amazing TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Samsung TV for about a year now. I use my TV for mostly gaming but also to watch a few shows. The audio is okay, but for better audio I would recommend getting sound bar. Overall a great TV. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Raku Having a Movie Night!!.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well since covid-19 because I always get compliments my TV whenever friends come over when I'm working on the house that's the first thing they do just tell me that picture is amazing I can't believe the sound!! How do I get mine to do that? I tell him Samsung feasibility in connection with other devices is easy and I'm a carpenter I tend to struggle with these kind of things!! It's not expensive have a nice Entertainment System I've got a Harman Carmen soundbar and the 70 in 4k and it is amazing does everyone always tells me that's why they're always wanting to come over here for movie night!! And if I'm working on the house and someone stops by I told him the remotes on the coffee table there hasn't been one person old and young that have ever asked me how to use the remote on the TV they pick it up and it's easy for everyone to use, even my son Lowe's how easy it is to navigate and that you don't have to wait a minute you turn it on it's ready to go no hesitation no waiting!! I had a video before had nothing but problems and software updates and viruses I will always stick with Samsung. Needless to say anytime I've ever had an issue with the TV not that there ever has any but when I want to do specialty things with another piece of equipment all I have to do is call customer service I answer right away and they know exactly what they're talking about can usually do it remotely and you're setting a couple of minutes thanks Samsung!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The whole tv is just great this is the first samsung tv I've owned that I actually spent a lot of money for I like how I can watch netflix, prime video, hulu and listen to music straight from the tv playing the ps4 on the tv is awesome.
It's Alright
I bought the TV a few months ago, figured I'd wait a while to review so I could get a proper feel of this TV. The quality of this tv is great for the most part, but it's slow. For apps to open it could take almost a whole 3 minutes to load, I had a cruddy tv before this one, it was so much quicker and would never take more than 40 seconds to load an app. I'm actually quite upset that I'm stuck with this tv now. I'll be getting an LG tv next time.
