The only flaw if, if I had to point out a flaw, is that its response rate is a bit slow. There is usually a .5 to 1 second lag after pressing a button on the remote. Other than that, the TV is great in all other categories 9.5/10 for me

i am a great samsung fan. entire family appliances are samsung. but this tv not giving me good calibrarion. defaults are not good. tried 3 days unable to succeed with good calibration. will try another two days. then decide to increase or decrease rating.

Purchased 5/2022. Within 6 months, we had an entire pixel line go out. The TV was still under the 1 year warranty and we had it repaired. Now, 4 months beyond the warranty, the entire TV is dead and will not power on. Since we're now just beyond the warranty, this repair gets to be an out-of-pocket expense. I have an 11 year old LG TV that still works like a charm, with ZERO issues. I will NEVER purchase a Samsung TV again. Don't waste your money on a TV that is only going to work for 16 months.

I'm a huge fan of Samsung products and this one doesn't disappoint. Its been a while since I've had a new tv and I can't get over the quality of the picture. I also love that I was able to hook it up to my Alexa.

this tv was a christmas present: being in our 60's the only problems we have with this model tv so far is not having the ability to hook up our dvd player in the back like our last model, we have collected a lot of dvd's over the years. also we have not been able to adjust the dark contrast, when shows are seen in darkness (night) it is very hard to see whats going on - we are hoping our son can help with this problem. we are thinking that the younger generation is fine with all these new innovative tv and phone changes are great, but they are forgetting us older folk that prefer some new changes with the old ways would be better. (are we supposed to throw out our old dvd)?

the tv is great! the picture quality is great, and love not have tons of wires and cords everywhere. the remote sucks! way too sensitive and when i lower the sensitivity it doesn't work at all, also as far as being a "universal remote" it doesn't work for anything except the tv. good luck.

The picture quality and HD audio are apparent from the first movie I streamed through this VERY smart TV. The 4K picture quality rocks! My wife and I both love the Samsung UX and UI, the remote makes it easy to navigate all the online opportunities this smart TV offers. The 60 Hertz refresh rate and Crystal Processor 4K work in tandem along with the other built in technologies for the best picture I've seen in a long time. We love that we can use both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant (we have both) directly through the TV. The Titan Gray bezel in minimalistic and sleek and the smart remote controls the TV flawlessly. Samsung offers plenty of USB and HDMI ports along with a Digital Optical and RF Antenna Input for my cable/satellite TV. Also, this has the latest and greatest Bluetooth 4.2 and can be mounted nicely on the wall. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

I use this feature sometimes since it just sounds louder is your ear. Another feature I use is Screencast. I use this for YouTube mainly. A feature similar to that one allow you to hold your samsung phone up to your Samsung tv and it will allow you to Screencast everything from your phone to your tv. Last feature is to connect bixby or Alexa to your tv. For that you will need the smartthings app. When you pair your tv to smartthings I will allow you to hook up bixby or Alexa so you can turn on and of your tv.
