Pretty good overall

It's great for everything except that sometimes it's really slow and the remote stops working and when I move the tv, it starts glitching and restarts. I am a little worried about the longevity of the device. But if it's lasts then it was definitely worth the purchase.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. Great TV!

Best of the best.

This product has amazing features

I love how I can preset apps on the Home Screen so that way it's easier for us to pick and watch instead of having to sit and search for the app we need. It's crystal clear for gaming also. Easier for you to be able to see every person or every spot of the game you need.

Look into it before getting this one

we notmally love samsung products, but purchasing this tv was a mistake. first, it was very difficult to set up. second, it only has 2 hdmi ports. we were going to simply unplug the switch when we want to use our dvd player, but the tv wants to know what is plugged into the ports and it tajes a bit to set up a new device. third, it always has a glare and appears to be made for a completely dark room. also, (my fault for not checking) it has 4 feet so we cant swivel it to see better from different seats in the room. i wish i had done my research.

Samsung can take my money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay.. so I just wanna make this quick and simple since I know y'all have a bunch of reviews to go through BUT all I can say about this TV after owning it for a couple of months now is that everything is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! From channels, apps, programs and other features this things has is completely off the top. I was flabbergasted when I found out I can download apps on here lol but overall it's 10/10 would recommend for sure to someone if they ever need a TV.

Love this Tv

its good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i like it. i fist bought 50" but when i mounted it on the wall it looked so small and measured it. it was actually not 50" it was about 44. so i returned and bought 55" which is around 50 inches real screen. i mounted it and kids are happy with new tv.

Doesn't Work With PS3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not get this to work at all with my PS3, it simply would not recognize what device it was. However, I purchased a PS4, and it picked it up fine. I own other models/brands, which regretfully, with no disrespect, are just better overall. Disappointed because I trust the Samsung name for other various devices and expected better.

good picture quality

My only complaint is there is no way to access alexa with the universal remote,and if i use both remotes the picture quality is dull using the firestick remote.however picture quality is great if I just use the samsung remote.
