Bad experience

bought this tv on july 03, 2020. was fine for first few days but now the screen is blinking automatically when i played the video. either i have to stop that video and play other video or i have to power off tv for 5 mins. its so irritating now and decided to return.

Awesome TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our main family TV. This is honestly the best TV that I have ever owned! The picture quality is great and the software is very responsive. And, the integration with Samsung SmartThings is very useful when the remote goes missing. This was one of the best purchases I've made in a long time!

Pleased with this TV.

Apps were preloaded and instructions were easy to follow. This TV has a great picture quality. I've been pleased with this purchase.

I love this Samsung Television

82” Crystal 4K Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've had Samsung TVs before but this one I was really disappointed in. Reason being the picture quality isn't as crystal clear as advertised. The audio of the tv is quite low. Tv doesn't support Dolby Vision nor Dolby Atmos. Refresh rate is 60 so if you're like me and enjoy fast paced action packed movies, sports, or even games this is not the tv for you. You would think Samsung would get better with each product to better themselves to be #1 but it seems like they've gotten too comfortable with tv production. Not sure if this will even been seen let alone read but I had to voice my opinion. Hope this helps.

The product is pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the TV for games and hooking up to Netflix and such every now and then it wants to act up and act like you can't connect to the internet usually shutting it off and unplugging it won't fix it but it's becoming a little more frequent other than that great picture it's fast I like it

Raku Having a Movie Night!!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well since covid-19 because I always get compliments my TV whenever friends come over when I'm working on the house that's the first thing they do just tell me that picture is amazing I can't believe the sound!! How do I get mine to do that? I tell him Samsung feasibility in connection with other devices is easy and I'm a carpenter I tend to struggle with these kind of things!! It's not expensive have a nice Entertainment System I've got a Harman Carmen soundbar and the 70 in 4k and it is amazing does everyone always tells me that's why they're always wanting to come over here for movie night!! And if I'm working on the house and someone stops by I told him the remotes on the coffee table there hasn't been one person old and young that have ever asked me how to use the remote on the TV they pick it up and it's easy for everyone to use, even my son Lowe's how easy it is to navigate and that you don't have to wait a minute you turn it on it's ready to go no hesitation no waiting!! I had a video before had nothing but problems and software updates and viruses I will always stick with Samsung. Needless to say anytime I've ever had an issue with the TV not that there ever has any but when I want to do specialty things with another piece of equipment all I have to do is call customer service I answer right away and they know exactly what they're talking about can usually do it remotely and you're setting a couple of minutes thanks Samsung!!

Sucks !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product isnt worth the money, i bought it and 32 days later , the tv wont turrn on, j have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to turn on, i have 4 other Samsung tv, 65" cutved 8500 series, 2- 55" curved 7500 series, and a 40" 5 series and they are great tvs, but this one sucks, i cant return it to the store, and if i send it to samsung im without the tv for awhile, dont know if ill ever buy a samsung again!!!
