This is my go-to spirit for enjoying an old fashioned at home (or a Manhattan on occasion). It delivers a classic and smooth taste at a reasonable price. Have been a big fan of Maker's Mark ever since I experienced dipping my own bottle at the distillery in Loretta, KY years ago!

At the end of a long work week, my friends and I like to fix us some drinks and sit by the fire and unwind. Maker's Mark Whiskey is the perfect drink to either start the night or end the night here. Sometimes we don't end until the sun comes up, but it's always a great time!

I've just returned from a trip to Maker's Mark to fill a few bottles from my barrel. The tour was led by non other than Bill Samuels himself! He was full of stories and quips. We had the best tour ending with a sampling of the best bourbon. Thank you to Bill and staff for a life fulfilling trip.

i drink all of it,it's nice reading about all these special releases,but the odds of ever seeing one are remote at best This is not exclusive to Makers Mark,but to all distilleries,i enjoy Eagle Rare also ,but to score a bottle or two a year is a miracle,not to mention the special releases from Makers

Excellent all around Makers Mark Kentucky Bourbon! An exceptionally smooth finish, a great Whiskey to drink straight, on the rocks, or mixed. I love the presentation of the bottle with the hand dipped wax seal. I would recommend this product for your next get together or quiet night at home.

Really enjoyed my bottle of makers. What made it more special is that it came from my barrel and even had my name engraved on it. Beautiful place to visit and was so much fun to dip our own bottles. Really enjoyed their many variations of old fashions.

After years of waiting for my ambassador barrel to mature, booking a flight and hotel, I was notified they would be closed less than 24 hours before my tour (scheduled for 2/19/21). Despite calling and leaving voicemails to inquire about other options to visit and buy a bottle from my barrel, no one ever got back to me. Other distilleries were quite welcoming and accommodating, making me a new and loyal customer of theirs since I can no longer support anything Makers Mark related after such an awful experience.

So I've been a huge fan of Makers Mark since I was given my first bottle when I got home from my first deployment from Iraq. It was the USMC Camp pendleton addition one, Since then it's been my go to whenever I'm out with friends. I personally drink a "Maker's stone sour" which is obviously a Markers sour but with a splash of orange juice. Please try it if you haven't! I've now been to the distillery twice! Both times have been awesome! Anyways can't wait for my barrel to be done so I can come back and get some from it!. Cheers p.s. thanks for the Xmas gifts every year! Yall are awesome!

I love it straight up but my friends and family like when I put it in the blinder with slushy coke and ice and make them a nice strong maker's market slushy especially on them hot sunny days it's cool refreshing drink and I love that it is so smooth when u want it straight up or a slushy
