I've been eating DAK Ham for over 35 years. It works any time of thee day: breakfast; dinner; and supper. Dak is great with your morning eggs no matter how you fix your eggs. Do you like Cuban Black Beans and Rice? You'll like this dish even better with chunks of DAK Ham added to it. If you want a quick snack, slice some DAK, place it upon fresh bread or buns with your favorite mustard, and enjoy. You cannot go wrong with DAK Canned Ham.

Was very happy with the quality and price. This is a great size when you don't want a big ham. It's enough for dinner or breakfast for a family of 5. I like that they keep for a couple of years in my pantry and are easy to open. They have a pull tab so do not require a can opener.

I was glad to see another reviewer with code numbers, those numbers ended with the year "2017", mine, of course is different. 23:06 260 and EXPR: 0423-2018. It would seem that a year later DAK is still having problems. It is partly dry and almost green with brown spots, and it is stinking up the house! Customer service very poor. I could leave my name and number, they didn't seem too worried, "Wait until April gets back from vacation." Ugly stuff, did I mention it stinks?

DAK ham was DEEELISH!!! Poured the juice of a can of pineapple chunks in a saucepan. Then added a cup of dark brown sugar. Heated the mixture on medium high and stirred until it formed a syrup. Added the pineapple chunks to caramelize them. Sliced the ham into half inch thick slices, and poured the pineapple mixture over the ham. Placed in the toaster oven at 325°F for 20 minutes, and "voila!" Perfect Christmas ham for my grandson and myself!!! Sooo sorry I did'nt take a picture.

Great for the price and snacks. But i havent found it anymore.
