I contacted Lifetime Customer Service via their web form to see if I could purchase a replacement nose pug for my Angler 120, I was just looking for a price but John immediately shipped out a complete assembly at no charge. I thanked him, advising I was not anticipating such a quick response nor at no cost and that I was also missing a cleat to secure the rear shock cord system. John responded by advising one had been added to the shipment free of charge. In an era of sub-par customer service this is incredible and a welcome change. Some may say don't get excited they are relatively inexpensive parts, I say it is Lifetime's hassle free approach that made the difference. I give John and Lifetime 10 stars for exceeding this customer's expectations! My boat is whole again and I am very satisfied :-)

I ordered this kayak on February 5th. Estimated arrival time was the 12 it is now the 16th and all Walmart tracking says is your package is delayed I’m extremely frustrated I understand that inclement weather happens but the package is delayed at the shipping place literally an hour and a half from my house for the past 3 or 4 days

I got this kayak about 4 years ago and I use this thing at least 3 times a month on the ocean, rivers, or lakes. It was overall good until the bottom of the kayak started to get a hole and it was a big one. I have not talked to customer service but hopefully they can help. Overall the durability is not the best but its a good kayak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this last year just for floating, however, since then my husband has turned it into his fishing boat. He loves all the storage and the features it has. Super comfortable to spend hours on the lake with. He has added a few after market items but mostly it's perfect just the way it came. Sometimes he even just practices his casting from it on the lawn!

I got this kayak for Christmas and was very excited to try it out. I had to wait for it to warm up so it took a while to go. Have taken 4 trips and kayak takes on water every time, so much that after less than an hour I have to be back on shore. At first I thought it was me doing something wrong, but found a crack in the seam underneath the kayak. Kayak is so full of water 2 grown men cannot pick it up but have to turn it over to drain before putting it back on the truck. Submitted a warranty claim and still have not had a response. I have called multiple times and the office is closed or too many calls in front of me.

My wife surprised me and bought two of these. I had little expectations since I’m used to my pirogue. These kayaks have been fun for the whole family. We’ve taken them to the Biloxi area, Lake Taneycomo, and several ponds and creeks you’ve never heard of. They’re lots of fun

I have two different Lifetime Kayak models. Called to replace a torn kayak backrest pad and was pleasantly advised that as a first time incident, they would replace the item at no cost to me. The customer service department was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you, Lifetime !!!

I bought my kayak over a 2 months ago. Got it a month ago and just got it out. I Love it, It tracked well and was easy to get in and out of. I am a big guy 6ft 250 and with my gear I am at the max. It handled me just fine no issue. I did upgrade to the lifetime angler Kayak paddle. I also upgrade to the Cascade Mountaintech stadium seat and then added a pad. My seat is very comfortable. I made a mod to make the hatches more usable and had not seen it done before. I put Pad Eyes under the hatch and riveted it from the top. I added a bungee. see included pictures. Also, Just saw the Lifetime 11' 6" Yukon Kayak. Now I have kayak envy. Maybe next year.

Ordered through another vendor for my husband... the kayak seat is comfortable. HOWEVER, the dry storage "compartments" (Two 6" Storage Compartments in Rear and Center) is a joke! There are two 6" round lids that open into the ENTIRE hull of the kayak! There is not 2 "compartments". Therefore, if you throw your keys & phone into the "compartment" between your legs, it will slide from the front of the kayak to the rear & getting your stuff out is nearly impossible. Horrible engineering flaw.

I purchased mine 3 years ago very happy ! I bought it as a beginner an kept it as a pro. My buddies have quite expensive kayaks & are always changing up & never happy with what they buy Something is always wrong with those pricey kayaks. Not to mention that they can’t get them out of their trucks to the water. Too Heavy. Mine is light weight @ a base weight of 52 lbs its a breeze. Even with a bad back ! Something to consider when purchasing a kayak An don’t forget your going to be less enthused about lugging it back up to your vehicle after a long day on the water. I’ve upgraded about everything on my kayak. Seat, paddle, Yac & Scotties fly fishing pole holder, & depth & fish finder etc etc. Love it !! & you will too !! It’s not for the rapids by any means Just a nice day on the water I plan on using mine for a Lifetime ! Very safe & stable
