[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought two of these kayak in the last 3 years. I like the stability even if it gets a little rough. I've used it for several different things. I paddle it out with my crab pots to catch dungeonous crab with great success. Also I have used it as a dive platform for hauling my speargun and floats out to hunt for large cabrilla and snapper in Baja. I enjoy the rod holders and the bungee system that keeps my gear secure. I highly recommend this kayak.

I have two different Lifetime Kayak models. Called to replace a torn kayak backrest pad and was pleasantly advised that as a first time incident, they would replace the item at no cost to me. The customer service department was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you, Lifetime !!!

I purchased this kayak after a lot of researching and could not be happier. For beginning into kayaking and kayak angling this is the kayak for you. I've been on mine 4 times going out again this weekend and haven't had any issue yet. This kayak looks better in person then online, and is really easy to use. The only con so far is the seat is a little uncomfortable (but for the price of kayak where I bought it easily can look over it) and the holes by the seat water likes to splash up so you will get wet (granted you are kayaking so this really isn't a huge issue just putting experience out). All together this kayak is a great starter if you wanna try kayaking and kayak fishing. Would HIGHLY reccomend this product.

I got this for Mother’s Day! I have borrowed my son’s Pelican fishing kayak for the last year and I had NO idea there could none that much of a difference in comfort and balance. My 5 year old sits between my legs on this and we are able to both fit comfortably and I can paddle and fish just fine! My son now wants to sell his Pelican and get a lifetime! ❤️

My family bought six of the Tamarack fishing kayaks two years ago. Over those two years, we had lost a couple of the seat strap clips. I called Lifetime's Customer Service to purchase replacement clips. I needed two, but intended to buy four, just to have extras. But, Lifetime quickly offered to send me 10 for free, not even charging me for shipping. That is above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Lifetime. That earned you a SHOUT-OUT on my Facebook page, too. Also, we bought these kayaks as starter-level for us, and have really enjoyed them. They are stable and easy to use.

Just got my tamarack kayak last week and used it for the first time today, after about 2 hrs on the water the kayak had taken in a lot of water into the rear storage hatch. The hatch is behind the operator so of course I didn't realize there was so much water inside until i got back to shore and attempted to lift the rear end of the kayak out of the water. there is a drain hole on the nose of the kayak and it took several minutes to drain. also there is a manufacturing flaw on the bottom of the keel where there is a thin spot in the plastic, you can see light through it from the inside, not good

I bought Tamarack Angler 100 Fishing Kayak (Paddle Included) less than half a year and worn out and was in bad condition. I tried to find a place to fix it but, theres was no place to fix it so, then I conacted the Lifetime company claim department about my Kayak. They checked all the information about the kayak and said that they would normaly deny these claims but, since my kayak was very new they wanted to assist me and get me a new one with no charge. Their costomer service was very understanding and clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Kayak for about 4 years and I love it. I have used it in almost every River, Pond, and Lake in Utah from Logan to Lake Powell. The only thing I wished it had would be the option to have the two rod holders on the front. I also wish the storage bins would be more user friendly or easier to access so that you could fit a small tackle box etc. Ever better idea, make the storage bins large enough to store the paddles.

I bought this on vacation in Florida so I could do some shark fishing! I caught some! Seriously though this is an incredible value. I did have a problem with the seat pad coming off and the drain plug coming off during transit. Called lifetime and they’re sending replacements free of charge! I’ve had lots of questions about this boat in Ohio and have several people buy them because of my happiness with the brand! Btw this is my third kayak and still the one I use the most. Thanks guys!

Only two issues with this product, both were expected from reading previous reviews. Scupper holes near the seat and a weak paddle. Bought the paddle first, and tried looking for scupper plugs online. After contacting Lifetime, I bought the plugs from them and saved half the price of buying them online. Very satisfied!
