[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn't my first Samsung TV but it took me a week of messing around before I felt I was getting the most out of it. I would have liked a paper manual but the E-Manual worked OK after a bit of trial and error figuring things out. My biggest problem was interfacing the TV with my existing devices. Initially I set it up like I had with my prior Samsung: One HDMI out going from my sound amplifier to the TV, with all other devices going into the audio amps various HDMI in ports. This would mean source changes are done using the audio amp. With this setup I couldn't get a 4K signal. I bought new high speed cables but it didn't help. Finally it occurred to me that the problem might be the audio amp itself. It was seven years old. Perhaps it's interface couldn't handle 4K. That turned out to be correct. So I connected the HDMI cables from each device directly to the TV using a fiber optic cable to send sound out to the audio amp. Sound from optical isn't as good as sound via HDMI, but it's good enough. It would have been nice to have more info about hooking devices to the TV.

With my eye sight not beeing what it used to be, I needed to upgrade from a 40" 240 refresh to something larger. I upgraded to a 58" (other brand 4K) but the pitcher quality wasn't as my old TV. So, I bought the Samsung 55" Q60A and there is no going back. The picture is so sharp you can read the small print from across the room. My many thanks goes out to the engineers at Samsung. This TV is so smart... just plug and play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QLED technology gives me the best picture I've ever seen in any 4k TV I've ever owned. I use my television mostly for streaming. Whether it has been over Wi-Fi or ethernet, the picture is amazing.

Amazed to where samsung has gotten too with the development of there TV's. I would show off Samsungs Smart Hub TV&Movies Homepage by taking pictures and uploading to social media so all my friends would see. As well as the 3D glasses the TV came with. Or using the phone mirror to screen when It was just new. Overall the picture quality and smart features and integrated applications to access purchase subscriptions and playing video games in a vibrant rich display! Taking things to what we said back then was "The Future"

Image quality is excellent but viewing TV from an angle is poor. As we have Whalan Flat Panel Console this was not an issue with us as Panel has swing capability for angle viewing. The control is too small for ease for use and buttons should be identified with more and brighter colours

This is my first Samsung and it's compatible with Spectrum cable so I don't need the cable remote, I can use my Samsung remote. Awesome picture I'm just in love ❤️ with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Q60A for my new home living room and it looks a perfect addition. The picture quality is great. Voice assistant makes it easy to search for what we need. The remote is sleek and solar charging is interesting. Need to put a case if that there are more likely chances that solar panel on backside of the remote will break/crack.

This is a big improvement on our old TV, which did not even have smart capabilities. Overall, the picture quality is quite good, except for the blacks/shadows, where banding is often visible. The speakers are not great, but I expected that based on other reviews. We have a soundbar hooked up and it works just fine.
