For how much time I have spent with the TV I can infer that the product itself is well built and the sound quality is the best part about it. I loved how the sound feels like cinema quality sound. I cut cable a long time ago so it's very nice to have all the streaming apps I use built into the TV. No more need for separate device to stream content. The picture quality is so beautiful that I am constantly in awe. Watching new movies and shows in Filmmaker Mode is an amazing experience! I get to see things the way the creators intended. It really makes a difference, and I don't know how I lived without it before. Samsung is the only brand I trust when it comes to TVs. This is hands down the best purchase I've made in a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From watching TV to viewing online content, this TV is awesome. Being able to control it with Bixby on my Samsung Galaxy S-10 is so cool. I have left for trips and checked the status of the TV on my phone SMS was able to tell Bixby to turn off the TV from 5 states away. The picture is flawless and the ability to cast my phone to the TV by tapping the phone on the top right corner of screen. These size and weight are superb along with tremendous picture quality, even watching embedded internet TV channels. I would buy this TV again in a heart beat.

We use the TV mainly for streaming and my wife has had zero problems navigating the online app's. We enjoy the awesome picture and we purchased a sound bar to go along with the TV and both ways the sound is awesome! The remote is easy to use but a little bit on the small side. Grandkids lost it in the sofa cushions.

Comes with a little too much bloatware for my tastes and software management feels a bit restricted. The audio is very high quality but I find myself needed to turn it up all the time so perhaps the speakers are a bit weak. A very solid bedroom / small room television.
