Fresh step has been my litter of choice for many many years, for multiple cats. I have also bought the multi-cat version many times (before the Febreze). People don't smell the litter boxes when they are in my house....until I bought this. Not sure what didn't work, but I won't buy that particular type again.

I work with an animal rescue org. and we have an adoption center and a house that I live in to care for the overflow & those who need a little TLC before they move to the center. We all use Fresh Step, as do the members and volunteers. It really helps keep the rooms fresh, which is very important since we never know when someone will want to visit the babies. We usually have 8/10 cats at a time at the shop, and by trial and error found that Fresh Step is the best by far. Even the cats like it better. We had a donation of a popular scoopable litter so of course we had to use it. I put it in one of the boxes ( I have 5) and no one used that box. They all went in the Fresh Step boxes. Even they know it's the best!! I also like the Febreze in it since I also use the spray at the house & don't like to mix too many scents around them.

I run a small private animal sanctuary. Currently I have 10 cats indoors but I have had as many as 18. I have 14 litter boxes for my crew and wouldn't consider using any other litter. Fresh Step is the best for odor control and the easiest to scoop clean. People can't believe I have so many cats inside and I know Fresh Step is the reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two adult cats and I'm not the best at cleaning out the litter box each day but Fresh Step with Febreze helps hide the smell. Most people don't even know I have cats when the walk into my house until they appear for attention.

I have 3 cats so I go through a lot of litter - I have been buying the 2 - 17lb boxes and at times they were a little hard for me to handle when pulling out of the one box when getting home from the store. The new packaging has made it so much easier to handle not only in the weight, but the size for storing! Thank you for changing this up - I can only imagine how hard it would have been for elderly to handle if it was hard for me to handle! Odor control is great - my cats immediately go into the box when I am done cleaning it. Unfortunately as far as the tracking goes - I think it is more of a problem with my cats rather than the litter itself. I have one cat that seems to think he has to cover things up by flinging the litter out the door he goes into the litter box through. I have another cat who insists on cleaning her paws inside the box, then sets them down when wet, then shaking her paws as she gets out because there is litter on her feet. Needless to say between these two the tracking is terrible.

I just tried this and it is the best litter out there! I have 3 cats and this keeps the litter box from smelling. It has a fresh scent even if I don't get around to cleaning the box for 2 or 3 days. It clumps very well and makes cleaning the box easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] since i have two kitties i decided to try the multi cat to keep my cats happy and the febreze to make my nose happy and i am very glad i did! the litter conceals any odor that may arise from the litter box!! so excited for this product and a life long user

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you #Pinch me, for the free coupon for FRESH STEP. This his product actually does perform pretty well in the areas that crystal-based cat litters typically shine. Easy maintenance and good odor absorption are definitely present here. But for the high price? We get that if you want a crystal litter you are going to pay the premium but even within that category there are better.

I purchased the Multi-cat Scented Litter with the power of Febreze about a month ago after trying everything else to help mask the smell between cleanings. This has worked remarkably well, much better than any other brand I have ever tried. Will continue to purchase this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the extra large box. The litter works fine. Wish it had a scent to help with odors though. And the worst part is when pouring into litter box, a lot of dust comes up. And my cat leaves litter on rug outside of box if that's what tracking means.
