I switched to Fresh Step with Febreeze for multi cats about 10 months ago and am so Happy I did and so are my boys. They love the smell of the litter and the feel of the litter to there feet. Some other brands they wouldn't even get in there litter box. I give this and excellent review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this litter for odor control with more than one cat in the house, the febreze really helps. Clumps perfectly for easy scooping and best of all is non tracking so my cats aren’t constantly shaking it out. I prefer the 22 lb packages because they’re easier to carry from the store but the 4 pack is convenient for topping off the boxes and storing a smaller package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use the pine litters and my cats started leaving little surprises outside the box - not fun for me. Then I decided to go to a clay dust clumping litter like fresh step again and they started using the box again. Mama is happy!

We have 2 cats and this is really the best product that covers the smell. The box is scooped twice a day. I find the hardest part about the Fresh Step products is that although there are a number of different types, they all have the same claims on the box. I'd used the triple action and multi-cat before but found this with the Fabreeze has the best odor control. They all have dust, but this seems to be less dusty then some of the others to.

The litter is basically the some in terms of odor control and clumping as it was before. I was worried the cats wouldn't like the smell (especially since cats notoriously hate Febreze), but they don't seem to care. However, I have to commend FreshStep for FINALLY fixing the issues with their litter boxes. I can't tell you how many times I've (after trying for forever and using every sharp object in reach to) open (ed) a box only to have it split up the top as soon as I try to pick it up by the handle. Now, not only does the box open much more easily, but something has also been done to keep the top from ripping open from the weight of the litter. I only leave this review after having used 3 boxes of litter to be sure of this change.

This is the only cat litter I use. It can handle all 4 of my cats, but the biggest factor for me is the lower tracking. Sure, there's still some that gets out of the box (mainly because one of my cats is a messy digger), but I'm not finding it randomly throughout the house anymore which was pretty gross. I don't know why this is the only cat litter that has considered this factor, but it is, and for this reason, it is the only litter I buy.

Fresh Step is one of the better brands out there. The Febreze is a great touch and the scent lasts a long time. However, also remember, that means your cat will smell like Febreze and litter. Though this has lower dust, it still permeates the entire house and settles over furniture, appliances, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Fresh Step for years then for awhile I had to give it up I was very sad but it didn't seem as it was controlling the order and everything in my house was always covered with dust. Well I couldn't stand all the other brands I was trying so I went back and to my surprise it was the old Fresh Step controlling the order and the dust was gone. I love Fresh Step and so don't my cats. It is hard to open the boxes perhaps you could work on making it easier.

I didn't think it did a better job compared to other non-multi-cat litters. It did about the same job. The heavy fragrance Febreze scent is too strong and overpowering. I don't like the smell and it can't be good for my cats to be inhaling that. I prefer the unscented.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this litter it keeps the smell to a minimum!! The funny thing is the febreze smell has become my new kitty litter smell so when it'll be a little dusty when it pours out I smell like febreeze instead lol
