It took me awhile to find the right litter, but after trying 5 or 6 different brands, I've finally found the right one that leaves my house smelling clean at all times. My cat readily uses it and you could never tell I have a cat even if you are standing over the litter box. I recently adopted a cat for the first tine. Given that I had no experience with this, I was very nervous that my house would smell like a litter box, but fresh step really works and if I wanted to, I could go longer than 10 days without changing the box. Even if I waited to day 11 when I change the litter, the box still smells good. Highly recommend

I have tried other brands and fresh step is the best one for odor control and clumping with multiple cats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying a different type of fresh step as my cats are getting older and stinkier. So far this is fighting the smell much better. The lower dust isn't something I've really noticed a difference in yet.

I clean the kitty litter early in the morning. Quite often one of our two cats has used the litter box shortly before. With the new Febreze Fresh Step there almost never is any smell. Very important, because our box is at the far end of the living room.

With 3 cats on the house I was having to clean the cat box twice a day. Now I can wait 2 days and it still doesn't stink up the house

This cat litter is very lightly scented, which my cats really appreciate, since it's not irritating to their noses, but there is enough of the febreeze in there, that it keeps the smell of cats' waste out. This cat litter is also heavy enough, that it stays inside the litter box and doesn't get tracked inside the house (I have placed the cat litter boxes in the garage) as I observed with other brand's "light weight" cat litters.

I have 8 cats, so I know about litter. I have been using Fresh step for years and it performs the best. It does the job thoughly and there is no odor. You would never know the boxes are even there. The Febreze addition is a great bonus. I will never need to buy anything else.

You couldn't pay me to switch litter. Only negative is the dust that comes off when you add more and/or when you scoop. HIGHLY RECOMMNED!

It's a rule in our house that whenever the kitty goes potty..the cat box gets clean, period! But occasionally we might miss a few and this works wonders at keeping the litter box smell away. I have yet to hear from any friends or family say that they can smell the litter box..it just hasn't happened, thanks to Fresh Step with febreze and us doing our part..Thanks for a great product!
