[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for over 14 years. My cats love it. I tried the "light weight", not so good for my cats. I have two cats and 4 litter boxes which get cleaned daily if not more often. I buy nothing else.

I have been a loyal Fresh Step user for years. Now I find myself looking for an alternative, as my local grocery store now only stocks the Febreze variety of Fresh Step. The scent is way too strong and actually made it hard for me to breath as I poured it into the litter boxes. My cats also seemed to shy away from it. A couple of my cats even sought other locations to "do their business", refusing to to climb into the box with the new litter.

I have 3 cats, but only 2 use the litter boxes. I always purchase Fresh Step as I can tell as soon as I walk in my house, if I have another brand. There is definitely a bad or sour smell coming from the litter boxes. Fresh Step Multi Cat really does help with more mess in the litter box. It keeps the smell down until I can clean it out. I will use nothing else.

I have tried other brands but they do not perform as well as Fresh Step. It is the best value for me because I get exceptional performance and an odor free home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two cats who use multi-cat litter exclusively. Their litter box is in the laundry room. We clean it two or three times a week. There has never been an odor. We wouldn't use anything else.

As soon as I dump the litter in the box, you can see a cloud of dust which lingers for quite some time. Everything in the room the litter box is in, as well as an adjoining room, is totally covered by the cat litter dust. I'm constantly dusting. I'm sure that breathing this in on a daily basis can't be good for either me or my cats! Please don't advertise that your litter is 99.9% dust free when it clearly is not!!

They can really make our house smell, but since changing to multi -cat scented with febreze things have changed so much. That lingering out were has using different cat litter has stopped. You can really tell the difference. Works Great, I would recommend it to everyone who has more than one cat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this litter for odor control with more than one cat in the house, the febreze really helps. Clumps perfectly for easy scooping and best of all is non tracking so my cats aren’t constantly shaking it out. I prefer the 22 lb packages because they’re easier to carry from the store but the 4 pack is convenient for topping off the boxes and storing a smaller package.

This litter is great in terms of odor control. It always smells sleep fresh and I clean it daily- one cat. It doesn't get stuck inside kitty's paws which is good but it's not a low tracking litter. When he jumps out, so does some litter. Just have to sweep a few times a day. I wish I could find the bigor containers in stock.

I have 2 litter pans that are extra deep which gives my cats lots of digging room. I buy the 42 lb. litter as I keep 6+ inches in each pan. We are a Fresh Step family!
