I bought this litter because I was disappointed in the lightweight litter and wanted to try something different. This new Fresh Step Multi-Cat litter with the power of febreze is my favorite to date. It holds up to the use of two cats, there is way less tracking than the lightweight litter, and the clumping action is superior as well. I am a very happy customer.

Sure, Fresh Step is a tad higher in price than a store brand or even a few other major brands, but it is worth it. You get what you pay for when it come to cat litter, I've learned. It does tout a lower dust formula, but I've not found that to be true. I still see considerable dust accumulation.

I was using the regular Fresh Step, even though I had 3 cats because I didn't think there was really a big difference between the different choices, but found out I was wrong when I tried the Multi cat. I was wrong!! There is a difference and it really works better. I did not have to change the litter as often and it kept the odor down much better also.

I have tried several different brands of cat litter but Fresh Step litter is the best. It has great odor control and low dust. It clumps firmly and the scent is pleasant but not too strong. I find that Fresh Steps odor control is even better than Tidy Cat. Fresh Step is pretty reasonably priced and I love the Paw Points program.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter is great. It clumps well and hides any smell. The clumping makes it easy yo scoop and get all of the kitty potty out. That makes for a nice clean smelling litter box for the next time my cat uses it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried a number of the Fresh Step Litters. So this review is for all the litters. This product is excellent! It smells great and keeps litter box waste odors in check as well as clumping right away. I also feel it's reasonably priced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 cats and I typically but the 42 pound bags for fresh step extreme, but the store didn't have that so I got the multi cats instead. On all honestly I didn't notice a huge difference between the extreme and the multi cat. Both have the same scent and control the odors the same way.

I have been a faithful buyer of Fresh Step for 27 years. No other brand has ever hidden odors as well as this brand. I don't think that the new Febreeze scent is as good as the older scent though. I find myself changing it out much more often. Probably will try other brands to see if any of them have gotten better over the years. I wish they still had the old on the shelves as well.

I have 2 cats and this litter by far has been the best I have ever used. Low dust and it really does keep odor under control and clumps really well- definitely doesn't leave a mess in the litter box like other litters do.
