I have two elderly cats who use the litter box very often. This seems to be able to keep up with their digestive issues; nobody ever mentions smelling the box!

I usually always buy this litter with the febreeze. It clumps well. I hope one day there won't be any dust but this brand has less than others. Both my cats have asthma so it's a concern.

Muffin & I spent the night at a friend's home, she used the litter box from my friend's cat & never had any health or complaints of used the used box.
