We keep our litter box in our laundry nook, and we never smell it. We have 2 cats, and only one litter box that is scooped out well each day. The only thing I don't like is that even though it is "lower dust" there is still a lot of dust kicked into the air when it is scooped.

I buy the 25 lb box so its easy to lift and pour...Love, love, love this litter!!!

Not a whole lot of dust at all with this one. The pieces are tiny, so you might get a bit more mess with a younger cat. (My youngest at one year enjoys leaping out of the box; he's athletic and dramatic!) No complaint on the smell removal quality as this litter does very well. My only concern is the Febreeze scent appeals to covering up odors for humans, but the scent at cat-height is overwhelming. They need to be able to recognize their own leavings as natural claim to the box, scent familiarity, etc. Very strong smell. The cats still used it, but we all prefer unscented.

I switched from Fresh Step Crystals to Cresh Step Multi-Cat Scented Litter with Febreze, and I was happy before; but I am OVER THE MOON NOW!! I love this low dust formula, great Febreze scent, and it clumps so well, it makes cleaning the litter box easy!! Thank you Fresh Step and Febreze for keeping things easy on me AND my nose!!

She switched to it for her three cats. I rarely smell the litter and it is very easy to scoop. And if I can tell on myself, I don't clean it every day so that is saying alot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Fresh Step Litter for the first time! I have to say I don't know what took so long to try it! My cat's took to it well and the scent is pleasant. After almost 40 years of another brand I think it's time for a change!

We tried this litter a couple months back and love it! We used to use Arm & Hammer but it got to be expensive. We tried this in the store and we love it! It is nice you can buy it in such a huge size so it lasts a long time. It clumps fast and contains the smell of 2 cats quite nicely.

It’s great at what cat litter is meant to do, absorb waste and eliminate odors, but wow is it dusty! I can’t finish cleaning the box without a dust cloud. With this being said, it also makes my long haired cat smell like stale litter, which is unfortunate.

And I like being able to buy it in the multi packs that break down into manageable bags. This is on the way to being the Purrfect cat litter for my household.
