I have 4 cats so I picked this one off the store shelf because it specifically says it's for multiple cats. This doesn't clump well at all. The Triple Action and Total Control ones do a far superior job. 9 out of 10 times I scooped up a clump it would crumble before I could even put it in the nearby waste bucket. It's better than some other brands, but I expected better from Fresh Step. I would not recommend this for multiple cats or any number of cats if you're looking for something that clumps well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So i was very confuse on what litter to by my new rescue kitties. I’m glad i decide on fresh step. It masked the small of my 2 litter boxes. My house doesn’t smell like a litter box and I’m happy about that.

I used to be a tried and true buyer of another cat litter brand, until trying this one!! It clumps would much better than other brands (and after having cats for almost 30 years, we’ve tried them all). The scent is great! The quality is amazing! I won’t be buying any other brand!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter works great with my two cats. Doesn't create too must dust and masks litter box odors. It isn't too heavy to pour into box, and isn't lightweight so that it gets all over the floor. Overall, great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using Freshstep for years and I think that this one (and extreme) is one of my favs, my go to litter. With our current two cats, no accidents outside the box. A little messy once its tracked outside the box, but hey, that's normal, been dealing with that for years. That's where a little hand broom and dustpan come into play.

We have a multi multi cat household with multi multi litter pans so we need the larger size refill packs of Fresh Step Cat Litter. We LOVE LOVE LOVE that it is divided into smaller more manageable bags and that it is scented with Febreeze which really helps to control new odors and helps keep older odors in check. Although the pans are scooped daily, Fresh Step's firm clumping helps the litter volume last longer because we don't have to change out the entire pan as often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fiance and I use Tidy Cat, just simply because of the cheap cost and the packaging. However, I do not like that the cats track litter onto the bathroom floor and through all of the rooms, which then us 4 humans also track with our bare feet! We are on day 3 of Fresh Step and aside from an accidental tip over, I haven't really noticed too much litter on the floor. The scent is nor overbearing. The only downside is the packaging. We got the 38lb package and I don't like the resealable bags. But, we kept the pails and the 20lb jug from past Tidy Cat purchases, so I suppose it isn't too hard to handle.

I've tried several different cat litter brands and at the end of the day, I would end up having to mix Fresh Step with the other brand so it would smell nicer and be more scoop-able. Fresh Step has constantly been the best and I don't even attempt to use other brands anymore. My cat's happy and I'm happy and that's all that matters :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried all sorts of litters and I keep coming back to this one. The scent is long lasting which is great! You can't even tell I have any cats, and I have 3. For the most part the litter stays in the box, the only reason it comes out is because my cat is trying to cover up her business and sometimes she over-does-it! This litter has convinced me to keep buying it. I recommend this litter to all who have one or multiple cats/kittens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased many brands of cat litter in the past and never was satisfied with the end results especially when it came down to scooping and changing the litter box. However I can truly say that after buying my first box of Fresh Step litter 4 years ago that my search ended and I have been a loyal customer ever since. There are many benefits to your product I especially like that it clumps both urine and feces which makes scooping more efficient and cost effective since the remaining litter continues to smell Fresh. I also enjoy the smell of Freebreeze and the fact that my cats feet don't smell of urine when she comes to to see me after using her box.
