Always keeps the smell of urine trapped even if I go several days without cleaning the litter box (which I try not to do). My cat loves it and so do I!

If I have company over and they've never been to my place then all of a sudden a cat comes out, they're always like "Wow you have a cat?" I say "I have 2." They can never believe it because they cant smell them. Thanks Fresh Step for making a great product!!!!

My husband fought with me for months about paying double for this litter for our female cats who all share a box. He didn't stop until our grumpy, older male cat started boycotting his litter box in favor of the girls box that had fresh step. This is the only litter I'll use. My baby, Jinx, is allergic to almost every cat litter brand and sneezes non stop after using the litter box. Fresh step doesn't make her sneeze, doesn't track all over the house and it's easy to scoop for my young kids when they help out. My favorite thing about this litter is how nice the cats smell, they smell faintly of febreeze or like they're wearing perfume when you snuggle them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have four adult cats in our small 1500 sq. ft. home. They share two large litter tubs in the small laundry room. We are in the process of selling our home and the realtor tells the potential buyers we have cats so they come with some preconceived ideas that the home will smell like cats. We have had numerous compliments saying how amazed they are to not smell any urine or feces. We keep the litter scooped and changed as a routine. The room is also swept and sanitized with oder eliminator and disinfectant spray. This is our secret along with using Fresh Step Febreeze Multi-Cat Litter. It is the ONLY litter we use! The only cons is still with the dust. Fresh Step has made improvements but the dust remains an issue as it travels airborne and can settle on things. For this reason 4 stars is a fair rating.

I've been using Fresh Step Extreme for years, and one of my kitties is the stinkiest pooer I have ever met. Recently someone gave me some litter by another brand, and I must say that it made me realize how awesome Fresh Step is! The other brand has no where near the odor control Fresh Step has! I definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always used Fresh Step Multi Cat formula because we have 4 cats and multiple litter pans. The addition of Febreeze really made it the best litter we ever bought. When people come to my home they are surprised to learn we have 4 cats!. Odor control is a top priority and this litter works.

We have been using Fresh Step for 5 years now. We have 2 cats that share 1 box, and they have always been very happy with it. And now with the Febreze our 2 year old Tortoise shell actually sometimes naps near the "cat cave" (we put their litter box inside an old an old guinea pig cage, draped an old sheet over it - they really like the privacy) - I think she the smell is like clean towels fresh from the dryer. (Can't leave a basket of towels to be folded later as she will climb in and go to sleep). Either cat will push past us to get to "the box" if it just got a fresh fill. This litter not only clumps well and controls odor, but the light fresh scent apparently appeals to cats as well as it does to people!

We have a small bathroom downstairs that we keep the box in and a sticky box can quickly smell up the whole house. I almost forgot about the box since I bought this product. Definitely purchasing again!

Bought this to use while we were away for the long weekend. Usually, I clean out the litter pans several times a day. Since we were not going to be home for the usual clean outs, I wanted something that the cats would use and would not be stinking to high heaven when we returned. This product delivered! Three cats and four days later, the pans were full but the odor was undetectable. Thank you Fresh Step.
