[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 8 indoor rescue cats that range in age from 15 to 2 years old ! We have four large litter boxes and use fresh step in all of them. Friends and family tell us they never smell a thing in spite of our "cat-astrophe of cats"!

There are many daily items that one can skimp on from time to time but cat litter is never in that list. This product proves the age old adage "you get what you pay for." Everything from eliminating any odor to ease of daily litter box duty (duty haha). We do occasionally use or try a different type that we haven't used yet but it's always in the fresh step family. I love Fresh step cat litter, it is by far one of the better clumping litters out there for the price. I however do not like the febreze cat litter because it doesn't absorb the smell as well as the original formula also it seems to put off more dust into the air than the original formula did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I haven't noticed any real difference that differentiates this version of Fresh Step litter from the other litters within the Fresh Step line. It's still rather dusty, and the room we keep our Litter Robot in still smells like cat-box, so I don't believe the Fabreze sent is noticeable. Overall though, Fresh Step is the only litter I have used in years and appears to be the best option for the price.

As soon as we adopted our little Calico Kitten after going almost 3 years with no four foot to love, we immediately went and bought Fresh Step Total Control Clumping cat litter with Febreeze. The little lady adapted to it right away and we have been using it now for a year and a half. Fresh Step was our go to litter with our previous cats that passed at ages 12 and 22 years. Great Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We only use Fresh Step. Its hands down the best litter on the market today. My life revolves around odor control-- we run a rescue out of my home and we average 15 cats here, 6 of them are my core group. I absolutely obsess over cat odors, etc. Everyone always comments how nice my home smells, despite the revolving door of cats I foster. True, it helps if you are a bit OCD with the litter pans if you have a large "pride" of cats at home, but the cat litter makes all the difference. Need proof? Switch to another national brand and see how long you last. I made it one night with "Untidy Flat"* litter. In the morning, I gave it away and went back to Fresh Step. Only thing that "Untidy Flat"* was good for was a storage container for kibble! *brand name has been changed

People are always surprised when they find out I have three cats. There is zero cat box odor in my house thanks to Fresh Step. All three insist on using the same litter box, even though I have two more. This product clumps well, keeps the dust down and most importantly, contains all odors. Thank you Fresh Step for a superior product, I will never purchase any other brand.

If I have company over and they've never been to my place then all of a sudden a cat comes out, they're always like "Wow you have a cat?" I say "I have 2." They can never believe it because they cant smell them. Thanks Fresh Step for making a great product!!!!

Most of the time, scented cat litter smells up the room it is in with a cat litter smell. This litter doesnt release scent until it is used. Leaving the room scent free most of the time and then also not smelly when the box has recently been used. Now if only I could talk my boy into covering up his messes :)
