Looks great! Some missing hardware

We bought this online and had it shipped. Upon receiving, I took inventory of everything in each box with the included parts list. It made it a lot easier to have everything laid out when building. The instructions were easy to follow which was very nice. Be extra careful to match the pilot holes with what's on the pictures. The two issues we ran into were with improperly drilled pilot holes and some missing hardware. Once we figured out the pilot holes were wrong (especially on B5), we just measured and drilled them out ourselves. We ended up running to the local hardware store for the lags and bolts that were missing here and there just so we could get everything finished. Now that it's done, it looks beautiful and the kids love it!

Great Purchase

Its great!! My kids love it. My dog even climbed up in it and went down the slide. We used the installation service from the club. It cost $630. It was worth every penny. It took the installer a full day and a half to complete the installation. There was 105 steps in the instructions. There were so many parts it took him 4 hours just to sort everything out. I'd recommend the installation service so you'll enjoy it more and they guarantee it for 12 months. Best of all it allows us to keep our sanity.

Great plat palace

we bought this for our 3 year old daughter. And she loves it. It was challenging for mom and dad to put together but within 3 days it was done! The excitement our daughter had made it worth the struggles to put together. We had to use the app and the direction manual to put it together, neither worked by itself. It seems to be a very sturdy playhouse swing set. Children and adults have been able to swing on it with no problems.

Skyfort II

This was a fun DIY project. The directions were very accurate and all the pieces fit together without having to make any afjustments. When they didn't work it was my fault. It's critical to note the orientation of each piece. The ultimate test- the grandkids won't stop playing on it!

Keeps the kids busy!

We bought this in hopes that both our 2 year old daughter & 9 year old son would both enjoy this set. So far so good! So much to do...so many different features to keep them busy! The only thing I was not happy about was that we paid to have it put together & some random kid showed up by himself to set it up. He was here from morning until 10:00 at night...then he had to come back the next day. The next time I would just hire someone on my own for assembly. The actual playset is awesome tho!

Complete piece of junk!!!

Bought this to replace the one we lost in Hurricane Harvey. Paid for the delivery and installation. It didn't even make it six months before it started coming apart. Installer did a poor job, quality is poor, and customer service is even worse. When we contacted Backyard Discovery, they had the installer call us. The installer said they were going to charge us $150 to come out. Telescope fell off, boards came loose, cheap plastic window fell off, "cedar" peeled, and the top deck is unsafe to go on.

Great buy

I think this was a great buy. The customer service was top notch, I had some boards that cracked when I was screwing them in and I called the number in the manual and they sent replacements no questions asked free of charge. Came in a few days. The wood is of good quality and looks great once it is all put together.

great product

The skyfort II swingset really surpassed our expectations! It is a great product and my girls love it. It is super sturdy and the wood is of great quality. It does take a ton of work to build it so have plenty of people on hand. My husband is a home builder and he had several of his friends come and help him build the playset. They started on a Friday after work and finished Sunday night. Definitely worth the work!

Overall a good value

Considering the options you receive with this swing set and it's cost vs. Other swing sets I think it is a good value and would suggest buying it. The boards are a little flimsy vs other swing sets I've seen. I assembled it with my father and it was a nightmare. The directions were not very easy to read. We also found on a number of occasions that the pre-drilled holes were in the wrong places which was made simple tasks become time consuming.

Great club house and playset

Purchased for our toddlers (aged 1 & 3) for Christmas hoping it would grow with them for years. My husband and I assembled ourselves to save the assembly charge. There instructions were clear and’s mostly easy to follow. Many of the boards were not well marked and difficult to identify. After the first few days of assembly (we did this on combined work breaks, spending a few hours here and there), we ended up sporting the pieces by step (hardware and wood required step by step) and that made assembly slightly quicker. Some of the wood for there decking and walls warped and we had to make a few cuts to make it work. The lumber and hardware were not organized by anything other than fitting it into the boxes, so we opened it all at the onset of our assembly project. Our girls love this set and it is rated to hold people up to 150 pounds, so I feel comfortable playing with them as well. Great set, good assembly instructions, and not so great marking of lumber for identification. I would definitely purchase this again.
