Purchased the set for my grandchildren. While the assembly is complicated and very many pieces if you have any skills at all it easy to follow the directions. All the materials were top quality and we had no difficulty in assembly with each piece fitting and pre-drilled holes lining up. We found sorting hardware into small containers for each step helped move things along nicely. The grandkids could not even wait for the construction to end before they were crawling all over this set. I was quite surprised at the quality having seen many much more expensive sets at other online sites that did not get that good or reviews from the owners.

If you like giant erector sets, this is your cup of tea. Instructions for the most part are pictures, so pay close attention to where holes are and the direction they face. The other tidbit I would offer is use a square. It took time but got built. My grand daughter loves it, which means it was worth it.

The top selling point was the price and the size of the sky fort. The quality of the cedar is very good. I had only one broken piece. Unfortunately as I was putting it together I was using the wrong power drill and I broke some pieces. I requested new cedar boards and I received them in several days. No charge from vendor -awesome. My Wife and I installed the sky fort in six days (three weekends) due to cold weather. Otherwise we could have done all of it in four days. The toughest part was creating the 4x4 post exterior frame. The rest was easy going. The main roof install is not an issue if you have someone hold one end of the boards. The bolts are very durable and you will have some left over. I had to order 60 extra small screws mostly because I kept dropping them on the lawn and could not find them. Very hard to find with all the dollar weeds growing all over the place.

Bought this a month ago, we were suprised by the fact in came in such compact boxes. At first I was worried about setup, but my husband was able to set it up in three partial days. It is perfect for our two-year-old, he calls it his house and often eats in the lower table. It is also perfect for our 13 year old to also able to join in on the fun. Overall very conent we made this purchase!

In the end a great playset with very good quality hardware. Took 20 hours over three days for one person to assemble with help only when needed. They would get 5 stars, if the pieces weren’t scattered randomly though out the 4 large boxes. Literally step one is building the ladder. I had to open all 4 boxes to find the parts needed. Could be packaged more thoughtfully.

The swing set has an excellent design and that's about it. The wood used in the construction is very soft and it starts shaking the first day of use when all of the swings are in use by kids. My 4 year old tried to play with the telescope and it came out. I have professionally installed to ensure the safety. There were few boards with cracks and some of them don't fit well. I don't know how long this set will last. It makes me nervous when multiple kids play on it at once.

My kids were super excited to see the playset for the first time this week and have already started creating new memories. The playset design and structure are well made and I had no issues with the playset being installed. I absolutely would purchase this playset again and I can't wait to enjoy it everyday with my kids!

This is a beautiful playset once assembled, We did initially go through and check off all the wooden pieces and sorted them into piles according to their letter, we had it laid out all on the garage floor, so we couldn't park in their for quite some time, as our yard was to flooded for the longest time to be able to actually begin building. my husband worked on this for 5 days, totalling about 32 hrs, with at least 20 of those hours being with one other guy, and he still has the finishing touches of all the handles to put on. He said it was alot of work, and was thinking at times that $500 seemed pretty appealing to have someone else do it, the only reason I docked this one star, was because I do agree that the swing arm could be 6 inches longer or so to give a little more room in between swings, but really not a big deal, For the amount of stuff you get on this swingset its a great deal, and the crowns nest lookout tower, is really cool. We were not missing any parts, however, my husband came up short on washers, and 2 1/2 in hex screws, he said they came with enough, but the problem is, is they can strip out easily, so he did have to go to the hardware and buy more of those, but that was no big deal, and if it weren't for that he would have actually been able to cut off the last day of 2 hrs. But ran out after hardware stores closed on a sunday, so had to wait.

Some of the best instructions I have ever seen. Very detailed and shows great detail. Only complaint some more could have been completed and then added on at a later point (ie crows nest). My children absolutely love it. Took us four days to assemble. From sorting to finishing the set.

I bought this for my 4-year-old for her birthday and she can’t get enough of it! However, to our pleasant surprise, our 9-year-old and 12-year-old are having just as much fun with it as she is! Nerf wars, pirate ship, treehouse, it’s ignited their imagination! Glad I paid for installation! Worth the money! I’m impressed with its durability! Wish the wood were already treated.
