Love it!!!
Love this playset! We bought this for our 2 year old daughter. She outgrew her toddler set and we figured this set would last her until she was 9 or 10. She absolutely loves it! She plays on it for hours everyday. Loves the rockwall and the look-out tower (she likes to pretend she is Rapunzel). Obviously she is too small for the monkey bars but she hangs off them with daddy holding her. I would not hesitate to recommend this set. It is high quality and well made. We compared this to a set at a big box hardware store, and this set was much nicer and better made at a much lower price. A couple small comments... one, some, not all, of the hardware is cheaply made (screws stripped etc). For a nice set, the hardware should be better. Second, the pieces all come in different boxes with no rhyme or reason. My suggestion is to take an hour and separate the wood by letter and number. You will save hours searching for pieces. I did this for my husband and he was so happy. Believe the 24-48 hour time estimate for assembly. My husband and son built this in about 30 man hours. Overall a great purchase!
Poorly Made
We have had this set for a year and a half. the stain has already worn out on many places all over the swing set. The boards are warping and cracking. I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old who have barely been able to play on it. I highly doubt this thing will last 5 years.
Most versatile swing set
I have to be honest, I searched the internet far and wide for the best swing set at the best price; this is it. I wanted a rock wall, monkey bars, swings, teeter-toter, wood roof, picnic table- it has it all. The only problem with buying such a complex and versatile swing set is putting it together. It's not difficult, it's time-consuming. My husband used to build houses for a living and he will be the first to say that putting this together took much longer than he thought. A word of advice: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FRIEND TO HELP! In the end, it was worth the excellent price and all of the labor- my kids LOVE it and I know my neighbors are jealous :)
Thank you for your 5-star review.

Love it!
This playset is amazing! Our son is 9 years old and most of our neighborhood kids are 5 - 9 years old. They love all of the cool features for this, like the crow's nest, the picnic table, the monkey bars. It took 2 days with 6 people to assemble it though. It is a massive project.
Thank you for your 5-star review.
I bought this over a year ago after spending a year looking for a neat one at a price I could afford. All the ones I found at this price didn't have all the cool stuff this one has. it's still in great shape even after being snowed on, rained on, and abused by a bunch of little boys. We had all the pieces and a few extras. However, putting this thing together will bring out the anger in you. My husband and I put this together ourselves, it made us so mad, made us fight. We hated this thing, it took us a month to put together because the instructions were so unclear, and the letters on the boards are so hard to see, we had to take it apart several times due to mistakes. And it made us so angry that some days we didn't even want to mess with it. But My children love it! And that's the important thing. So it was worth it.
Thank you for the review
Rotting after a year
I purchased this a year and a half ago. We went for the Cedar one as it was supposed to last longer. At first we absolutely loved it and even recommended a family friend purchase it. Fast forward...A little more than a year later ours is rotting. Super frustrating that we paid extra for the cedar one from the company and it is already rotting. At this point I'm not sure it will be stable for my kids next summer, which puts the cost at 1000 per year. I would not buy again for the price. Not worth it AT ALL. We were expecting a lot longer life than this...
Swing set
I bought the swing set maybe about almost a year it's already fading there's cracks in it the slide won't stay straight and the board's is coming loose no matter how much I knock it back in change the screwing it is still coming loose and it is definitely a safety hazard for my son he's only four God forbid he leans on one of the boards and he falls over I really want a full refund they can come get it I am so so unsatisfied with this company and product

Worst consumer experience I've ever had
This purchase has been one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. We ordered the playset with assembly in mid-April 2023. Apparently Sam's Club partners with a third party company, Go Configure, for its assembly services—something that is not disclosed in the listing. The assembly company contacted us promptly and stated assembly would occur within 10 days. We took down our old swingset in reliance that the new one would soon be installed. It's now been months of waiting and frustration. I called dozens of times to try to get an assembly date. The installation company finally committed to a date a month later (so two months from the time of purchase). Of course, when the date finally came, the technician never showed. When I called the company, they tell me the appointment was cancelled the previous night, even though they never bothered to call, and the company couldn't provide me with a new installation date at this time. Needless to say, if and when there's a new installation date provided at some point, I have no confidence their technician will show up for the appointment or will do quality work. This swingset was fully paid for months ago and has been sitting in boxes. I have called Sam's Club multiple times, and so far all they've done is refer me back to their third party assembly company. Likewise, I called Backyard Discovery to speak with their Customer Advocates Team, and all they offered to do was e-mail the third party installers, because apparently Backyard Discovery has a contract with Go Configure as well, so they don't partner with anyone else. I've come to learn that there are extensive consumer complaints posted online against the installation company (Go Configure) that Sam's Club and Backyard Discovery have chosen to partner with, and there is a long list of Better Business Bureau complaints detailing similar experiences to mine. I can't believe Sam's Club and Backyard Discovery made the decision to partner with an installation company that has received such negative reviews and that Sam's Club hasn't addressed this situation. I've filed a consumer complaint and am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. This has been an absolute nightmare, and I highly regret my purchase at this point and the fact that I took down my old swingset in reliance that this new one would be installed in the near future. It appears that the business model here is to induce consumers to purchase a swingset by offering assembly, and then never providing assembly and instead causing so much frustration that the consumer ultimately gives up.

Awesome Playset!
This thing is HUGE!! I'm 6'07" tall and I can stand inside with plenty of headroom. Alot bigger than I thought and it's massive compared to some of the $700 - $800 ones I've seen at Lowes & Home Depot. So glad I spent the extra money on this one, my little girl loves it. Construction was intimidating at first, but really not bad once you get into it. I downloaded the manual and studied it a little while waiting on it to ship. Highly recommend a cordless impact drill with a speed-bit set-up. Highly recommend you have a Torx T-40 Speed Bit. You will be changing bits often between the T-40 and a Phillips, so the speed bit was nice to have. For me, the Crow's Nest was the most difficult to set up. Instructions call for table-top construction of the floor, so my holes didn't line up when I went to put it on. I wish I would've built it in place. Enormous amounts of hardware, but everything is bagged separately. I set up a large table just to lay out all the hardware, that seemed to help. I did not care for the directions, there is very little written, it's all diagrams that you need to pay really close attention to. Pay close attention to the hole placement on the diagrams because the instructions do not let you know that a board needs to be facing a certain way. Make sure you keep your packing lists when you open the boxes, I had to refer to them many times to find the specific boards I needed for the next step. Overall it was a fun family project that I'm certain will last our family for years. Very impressed with the quality of this playset.
AWESOME!!!!
I bought this for my daughter on her 7th birthday. It is PLENTLY big enough for her. I wanted a play set she can enjoy now and grow into- this is the perfect one. She is an only child so I wanted a play set I could play in as well. This will hold my 6'3 190lb husband. I took my husband about 2 weeks to put it together. He studied the directions well and worked on it for several hours each day. It was well worth the labor to have it in the back yard. I do recommend adding extra support boards in the crows nest and in the back where the ladder is located. We have had the set for a year on Oct. 14th. It is in great condition. The sun fades the wood very quick so we will be staining the play set very soon. GREAT BUY FOR THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!
