There was 3 pieces that were split. The company that makes it is impossible to get ahold of. I waited on hold for 45 minutes one day & 30 another. They never answered or got back to me.

Purchased for our 3 1/2 year old twin grandsons. They love it. I would love to converse with someone who could fix the instructions to save other purchasers tons of time.

looks grate was missing parts but if your good you can do it yourself I did I love the end product but it was fun looking for parts to sub in for missing ones. must have missed 2 bags in the paking of it but turned out good anyway.

Our boys love it! It is sturdy, safe, and entertaining for my 6 and 3 year old. They love the double swing and sand box. It was a bit challenging to put together, but we did it with 2 people.

This is just great, and given as a gift to our Daughter and our 5 year old Granddaughter. We also had installation included, and the team was excellent.

It's a great Product when you are finished. But don't attempt to do it yourself if you don't have some sort of carpentry experience and they deliver it in a tractor trailer so make sure you take that into account

I've got limited admit of time too work on this due to my work schedule and I've already spent so much money in hardware due to not having the 5 1/16 x 7/8 shoulder nut. Now I need more 5 1/16 x 3 3/4 shoulder bolts cause I ran out of them

Very happy with our purchase! My 3 year old son loves it. We paid for installation and service was great. It delivered within a few days of ordering and the installer was out about two weeks after delivery.

Arrived with scratched slide; wish it had been packaged better when it was shipped. All pieces/parts received. Easy, although time consuming, assembly: 1 person - 25 hours. Overall, very please and the kids love it.

The skyfort 11 is being put up today it is beautiful and so very well made. Everyone I dealt with was professional and everything went very smooth Great company!
