Bought it early September, delivered on 9/24. Finished putting it together on Sunday, 9/29. Every single part was there. Nothing missing at all, even though one of the boxes was split open.

We bought this play-set for our grandchildren. It is well designed and has been a source of great fun for the two boys. The installation crew was outstanding only took about about 4 hours to set it up.

I brought this this item the day after Thanksgiving . The only thing I purchased I made for four year old grandsons. Hands down this is the best purchase I ever made

looks grate was missing parts but if your good you can do it yourself I did I love the end product but it was fun looking for parts to sub in for missing ones. must have missed 2 bags in the paking of it but turned out good anyway.

The kids just LOVE this set & it's big enough to last for a LONG time. I'm 5'5" & there's lots of headroom in the "fort" for even me! I could even swing & go down the slide with no worries. It's every well built & absolutely worth the investment!

Bought this as a gift for our grandchildren. All of the pieces were there - and there were a lot!! It took roughly 14 hours for 3 adults to put together.All the kids want to do is go outside and go down the slide!

I've got limited admit of time too work on this due to my work schedule and I've already spent so much money in hardware due to not having the 5 1/16 x 7/8 shoulder nut. Now I need more 5 1/16 x 3 3/4 shoulder bolts cause I ran out of them

It is amazing and our little guy loves it. Not only does he love it but so do our grandkids. It is very sturdy and well worth the money. The individuals assisting us in purchasing the product was totally awesome and most helpful.

This is just great, and given as a gift to our Daughter and our 5 year old Granddaughter. We also had installation included, and the team was excellent.

There was 3 pieces that were split. The company that makes it is impossible to get ahold of. I waited on hold for 45 minutes one day & 30 another. They never answered or got back to me.
