Arrived on time and all pieces intact. Install company had it up in 3 hrs flat. Sturdy and a great for my 3 and 5 year olds. They love it! Worth the buy and the install.

Great set, bought it for my 4yr old twin girls. They love the seating area, swings and upstairs perch. Wish the beams were a little larger, doesnt feel as sturdy as i hoped.

Playset actually arrived sooner than I was told it would arrive. Only wish it would have come with an option to have it installed! I had too find someone to do the setup! Maybe you could at least suggest contacts for me to get in touch with

I bought this about a month ago, and its amazing! We planned to build it ourselves, but ended up hiring a company to assemble it, its quite the project...

We have only had this a week but the grandkids love it. It took 2 people less than 20 hours to set it up. The parts were clearly labeled & the instructions were easy to follow

Paid for installation. 2 experienced people took 15 hours to complete, so very glad that I did not attempt this on my own! Kids love it. Looks great in the backyard.

The installers took their time, had experience, were very friendly and put it together very well. The playset is great, cannot go wrong with this set.

Some of the bolts & nuts were not included, when we went to purchase one that was missing it is not a standard size so not sold in stores, had to go to a machine shop and have it made.

Very happy I was able to get $200 off I haven't put it together yet but I am so looking forward to putting it together and if it looks and it turns out anything the way the picture is I'm loving it

I had sams club put this together , and boy am I ever so glad I did . Very nice quality for the price! So glad I purchased this , my kids have hours of fun
