Bought this and son and one-two others worked to put it together. Went together easily and had it up in less than 3 days. A minor issue was a few screws were missing, but were available locally and didn't prevent construction from going forward. Caution note: Need to slowly screw bolts into nuts. If you start out using a power tool you may cross thread. Ran into this problem early on and learned to use hand tool to start bolts and then use power tool. Granddaughter should get years of fun out of it.

We ordered this and had the assembly team put it together for us. They had it up in 6 hours. I could have never put it together myself!! I'd highly recommend going over the set before your assembly team leaves though. My son absolutely loves this set. He wakes up and runs to the window to make sure it is still there. I love how many options there are between the different swings, the rock wall, slide and monkey bars. I still have to get sand but really wish it came with a cover to keep animals out. The play house part is much larger than I expected. I can stand up in it. We added a little bin up there of books and small toys. Also going to add a chalkboard to one wall. I hope this set lasts us a long time!

I bought this for my kids age 3 and 7. They both love it so much. I had professional help putting it together so it only took a day and a half. Seriously this guy was like a master builder from the Lego movie. This was also on top of him being totally hung over and staying up till 7 am the night before. I guess this is more of a review about my friend but seriously buy this for your kids.

My boys and I are thrilled with this playset. It is much bigger than I expected and has lots to do for them to stay active. I am definitely glad I paid for the installation because it looked very complex. It took three experienced workers a day and a half to complete and the crew that came was excellent. The wood is not as strong as the pricier playsets but that is to be expected and it seems very sturdy and safe with the exception that we may reinforce the crows nest a little bit just because I'm paranoid. There was one damaged piece which isn't bad considering how many pieces came in the set and two of the boxes were torn a little in the shipping process. The installation crew said they'd report the piece to the company and come back with a replacement to fix it. Overall I'm very happy with the playset and hope it hold up well in the years to come for my three boys to enjoy endless hours on it.

Overall impression is very satisfied, no issues during the setup (ensure all pieces are not damaged and if so, contact support asap…took a week exactly to get the replacement piece…customer service was great). Took about 24 hours to put together, directions were spot on. Tested all swings out and monkey bars…works like a charm. Sealing the wood took some time but overall very satisfied and the kids love it. Key tips…lay out all bolts in numeric order and categorize would by letter for ease during setup. Would recommend buying the spray paint sealer, goes on faster and less work overall.

Best value and playground set for the price. My son loves it and plays on it everyday and he's is 3. I built the whole thing myself took 4 days ,5 hrs a day. Had a blast building it and the online instruction app is excellent and very easy to follow.

Bought this about 3 weeks ago but just got around to building it. Instruction need more information about where the extra holes on each board should be facing. Had to run to Lowe's and buy more 2 1/4" screws to attach the roof. Called for 14 screws and we only had 4. The t nuts often stripped out. My wife and I built it and it took up 27.5 hours.

Bought this for my son who loves it. The directions are a little lackluster. They set comes with some tools to use but doesn't tell you to use them anywhere but there are definitely places they should be use. Overall it's a great swingset. Took me 20.5hrs to put together by myself. Use an impact driver it will save you time and having to replace bolts that get stripped from screwdriver and regular drill.

Webpage is very friendly and easy to use; shipping was delayed due to COVID but the delivery was very good, the crew came and left the boxes out of our garage. Instructions were fairly easy to follow, some can be actually improved with some preparation prior to assemblying some parts (such as "tighten AB screws and leave them for step x..."). Some parts came with some splinters we had to take care and there were some wood panels that tend to break while thightening the screws; some nuts were defective and couple of joints slipped so we ran out of a particular screw and nut. Ordered those thorugh the website chat and staff was super friendly, replacement came promptly in couple of days. I would buy another product. We really like the features included in this set, very complete and fair against the price, and we really like the customer attention.

I bought this a month ago, read directions, unpacked and had it completely assembled by myself in 12.5 hours total. Main thing to keep in mind is to keep all your fasteners in the package they come in so you can locate pcs. as they are called out per page/assembly. Extremely well spelled out directions if you follow them exactly.....key word... "exactly"....you follow the directions and have an incling of construction/common sense building wise you can succeed in assembling this playground in one weekend.
