Came in about 2 weeks. Great playset. Wood feels a little cheap in places. Paid a professional $600 to have it installed. Took one person 2 full days. Worth it!

I bought it back in February and I am still waiting on the playground to be installed. The quality of it is jut bad I wish I would had pay the extra to get a better quality playground

Easy set up and great quality of products for boys who are super rough! My kids absolutely love the second story crows nest! They are to little to use the monkey bars yet so we added a saucer swing on that side!

Some of the bolts & nuts were not included, when we went to purchase one that was missing it is not a standard size so not sold in stores, had to go to a machine shop and have it made.

i bought this for my grandchildren and it's the best thing i ever did. they are outside in the fresh air getting exercise all day long! they absolutely love it

We purchased this swing set online in August during a one day sale. The delivery was very fast and the installation was perfect, it only took the installers 6 hours. The set is beautiful and my children love it. Great buy.

Great swing set. Definitely one that kids can grow into. My daughter is 4 years old and that swing set is massive! Takes awhile to put it together but i like how there was papers in each box saying where each piece of wood was.

Bought this online. Delivery was on time. Assembly a process but my husband and I put together ourselves without killing each other lol. I laid out each step and did the assembly. Kids love it and will get years of fun.

Solid item, only the telescope came broken but I’ll be calling service soon to see if they can send a new one. Came when they stated. We hired someone to do it and it took him about a day and a half and cost about $650 here in NY.

The kids just LOVE this set & it's big enough to last for a LONG time. I'm 5'5" & there's lots of headroom in the "fort" for even me! I could even swing & go down the slide with no worries. It's every well built & absolutely worth the investment!
