After 2 years of looking at play sets I was referred by a co-worker to your product. I am very happy with the quality of the products I received. The company that delivered my product was very friendly and professional and would also highly recommend this play set and this trucking company to all of my friends

We purchased the Skyfort II about three weeks ago. It arrived on time and as promised. Even though the boxes had some damage, there were no damaged parts. This was due to the excellent packaging. I read the reviews about how long it takes to assemble and was a bit concerned with how long it would take. I was prepared to take my time and several weekends to assemble it. I spent an afternoon unpacking and organizing the parts. As stated by others, this is a must! On Friday night after work, I began the assembly. By Sunday afternoon, we were playing on our new playset! If I had one critique it would be the markings on the pieces. Some were not stamped very well and I had to guess what part number they were. It wasn't a big deal using the process of elimination on the individual parts lists (each box has it's own). You definitely need a partner to help assemble the Skyfort. My dad and I consider ourselves pretty handy and were able to get it done in two days (and an afternoon of just me). Spend a little time before you dive into assembly to familiarize yourself with the parts and hardware. It will pay off during the build! I am very impressed with how well built and thought out the Skyfort is. There were some pretty smart people who designed this thing.....it takes some time but it goes together easily and is very, very sturdy. If you are looking for a quality playground which will last for years, don't hesitate. You will be pleased with the Skyfort II! Our family could not be happier with it.

The instructions have a lot to be desired. (Destructions) More explanation was needed on the pieces because the holes on the various pieces were off ever so slightly that you couldn't tell it should be turned the other way till you were a couple of pieces into a section. Then you would have to take it all apart and do it all over again through out the project. That being said, it looks great up and the kids love it.

Perfect. All the boards, nuts and bolts were a little overwhelming at first until I realized how well labeled each piece was. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow along one page at a time. Finding the hardware required for each page was very time consuming so I laid the hardware out and sorted by page. I put the hardware for each page in a sandwich bag and wrote the page number on the bag. That saved a lot of time. Double check the location of pilot holes as assembling. Grandkids will enjoy this for years.

Love the Skyfort 2. I purchased this for my grandsons and my son put it together by himself with no help. It took a full weekend and one other day to finish. On a scale from 1 to 5 with 5 being the most difficult, he rated it a 4 on ease to assemble. Said an extra person wouldn't have made it easier but would have made it quicker to finish. It's very sturdy and the boys love it, they are ages 2 and 6. The only disappointing thing for me is the size. It's smaller than what it appears in the picture. Before he began assembly, he laid everything out, took an inventory, read the reviews, and watched the video. That helped a lot.

Excellent product. Well labeled. It’s no joke of a job, but if you have an extra pair of hands you can get it done. Took us about 20 hours, start to finish. Best advice is have two drills going at all times and spend some time sorting out all the wood and hardware by step. We spent about 3+ hours filling our garage floor and then when it was time to assemble we flew through the pages.

I read a lot of reviews before choosing this swingset. I am so glad I waited for it to come back in stock. My son is 3 and loves everything about it. He plays on it for hours and love eating snacks at the picnic table. Assembly wasn’t bad. It did take about 20 hours total. We sorted all the pieces and put the hardware in numerical order. It helped to have one person in charge of getting the next step ready. The wood was all in good condition. We had a few spots that the stain was rubbed off and needed a touch up but the customer service has been amazing. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend to everyone.

We purchased this for our 2 kids, ages 2.5 and 6. They both love the set, and I feel like they are the perfect ages to enjoy it all. My husband (a builder) put it together in 14 hours by himself. 8 hours the first day, and 6 the second. I can imagine if you do not have any building experience it could take twice as long. I did not like the strong cedar smell, but remember, this is Chinese fir, which is much more aromatic than domestic cedar. It went away almost completely by day 2. We didn't have any damaged pieces, and everything went together fine. We modified the monkey bars, though, as it was a danger to both of our kids. They are way too high and the opening was an accident waiting to happen for my 2 year old. My husband cut them down to the deck height so our 6 year old can reach by himself, and installed it next to the ladder. We put another slide in the opening where the monkey bars were. Perfect! We did not seal it - we will wait to put a dark stain on it next year that will just act the same way. Overall, a great buy for the price we paid my kids will get a lot of use out of it!

Just finished putting this together with my father and friend. Took us 2.5 days. Spent hours organizing the parts in order of steps before starting construction - highly recommend doing that as the parts are all mixed up in boxes!! So far kids love it and it seems very solid and sturdy.

Wood pieces are not as sturdy as other sets. Adult climbing ladder into tower seemed unstable and creaked under strain of 125 lbs. Opening where monkey bars attach to set a hazard for younger users. Dimensions of opening to slide, rockwall and crows nest very low so even 5 year old has to really duck down. Grandsons like it but won't grow with 5 year old as much as we hoped. Due to smaller beams on monkey bars, and swings will be more difficult to add on to set for features for older child.
