Awesome Structure

We purchased this for our 7 and 2 year old and have not been disappointed! This structure is definitely large enough to entertain and challenge our seven-year-old. As well as enjoyable by our two-year-old. Tracking shipment was a breeze. Assembly was fairly smooth. Take the time to sort the pieces and hardware and it will be much smoother. We had no issues with cracking wood as long as we used the predrilled Pilot holes. Overall this has been a wonderful investment and anyone who comes to play at our house now has their eye on one also. It sells itself.

Everything a kid could want!

I bought this a couple months ago and so far it has been awesome. So many different things to do. Pros: Tons of activities for multiple kids at once. Great directions, easy to assemble. Sturdy. Major statement piece... People drive slowly past my house just to check it out. Cons: Takes a long time to assemble, requires at least one other person to finish (I read reviews and expected this, so I was not concerned but it really is massive). Holy hardware. So many different sized screws and bolts. Organization is key because you can waste a lot of time looking for the right bag of hardware. Slide gets hot in the sun. Also, very bouncy so be careful with small children. My kid is 2, occasionally he is not facing the same direction as when he started lol. I started by myself in the garage since the first few steps are assembly of the peripherals that attach to the main structure. Organizing all of the parts by letter and number is an important first step. Finding what you need for each step will be near impossible without doing that. It'll likely take at least two days. Overall I would recommend this to anyone with the space to put it up. I haven't met a kid yet that hasn't had a great time on it.

Great fun

I purchased the Skyfort last year and it has held up well and provided enduring fun for our 3 boys. The kit was delivered by a large truck, which might be an issue depending on where you live. The delivery man was willing to help move the boxes after I gave him a tip. It would be best to have two strong adults to move the boxes. I built the kit myself with only occasional help from a neighbor lifting large or heavy parts. That said, it would be easier and faster to build with 2 people. Instructions are overall good with only a few mistakes. More pictures would be helpful. One challenge I had was determining which side of the fort is the front. After some assembly, I had to rotate the structure 180 degrees to get the direction correct. There are a lot of parts and it really helped to organize everything on the garage floor (out of the weather) to make assembly easier. It took me 2-3 weeks to build, working by myself in the afternoons and on weekends. This would be quite a challenge to complete in one weekend, even with 2 people, and I doubt the average person could do it. A tool belt was essential. Also, keep checking ahead in the instructions to have a good understanding of how the structure goes together to reduce errors. The kids enjoyed helping with certain age-appropriate jobs and gave them some pride in the structure. I would recommend not placing the structure directly on the earth to prevent wood rot. Instead I placed brick pavers at the ground contact points, making sure everything was level. I also added additional anchors at multiple points in the playhouse floor for better stability. The swing support was also more stable when the anchors were cemented in the ground. Small children did not cause motion, but there was some motion with our 9 year old or when 3 kids were swinging at the same time. I had to buy several extra bags of washers and some extra screws. A few pieces of wood needed slight trimming for a good fit. The picnic bench required some extra screws for strength. Overall, this is a good kit and it was enjoyable to build. However it helped that I'm a "do it yourself" kind of person. A novice might get frustrated due to the number of parts. On the other hand, the variety of parts also makes this kit more interesting and visually pleasing (eg window details.) The kids have had a lot of fun and it has held up well in the weather (after the sealing coat). Just give yourself extra time for construction.

Awesome playset

We bought this swingset for our 4 kids, it took us about a week to put together only working on it about 3 hours a day (during nap time). Our kids absolutely love playing on it and they never want to come in the house. Children around the neighborhood even come over and ask to play on it. * One thing we were a bit disappointed about was with the hardware. The lag screw heads stripped out easy and for the dining/picnic table it caused problems because we couldn't get the screw out so our table is now crooked, but still functional.

Great instructions and labeled parts!

We were so glad to get the play structure. Delivery was wonderful they unloaded it and left it in our garage at my request since I was home. Each box had an inventory list and was very easy to unload and check off the inventory. Each piece was labeled nicely and the instructions were very well written. You could also follow along on your cell phone so we followed along in the instructions book as well as followed along on the online video it made putting the product together very clear! It took 2-4 of us about 2 days to assemble. Customer service was also outstanding!

Fun At Home

It took us a couple of weeks to assemble this. It was just my husband and I after work and on the weekends when he could work on it. The assembly is time consuming but not necessarily difficult. Our 4 year old loves it. She has played on it for hours each day since we finished it.

Greatest Playground Out There!

This is the best investment ever and I tell every parent out there, if you don't have one, you are missing out. We built this ourselves, it took us 3 days about 6 to 8 hours each, taking out time and pacing ourselves to do it perfect so it was safe for the kids. You could pay someone, but I tell you, they won't do as good of a job, they'll have a bunch of screws left in the end. With the app, it's extremely easy to build, just takes some time to make sure everything is where it belongs. Quality is good, all the parts were there. The value for this playground is amazing, we shopped around and there is nothing this nice at this price. We are very happy with our purchase.

Fantastic play set! Exceeded our expectations...

With 4 grandsons ages less than a year through 6, I was looking for something that would last for many years to come and that would allow bigger kids as well as younger kids to have fun on it. Due to Covid, all playgrounds in our area had been closed for months so that accelerated my buying - what normally would have been a Christmas present. We purchased the set-only, not with assembly included. My son-in-law and a team of his friends spent a Saturday putting it together and, although took a while, everything was there and they were able to assemble with no problem that I am aware of. It IS VERY HEAVY AND HAS A LOT OF PIECES, as others have mentioned so having more than one or two work together is best. We all think this set is even nicer, in person, than we expected - and the 3 of 4 grands that are old enough to play on it really love it! I highly recommend this set!

Beautiful Playset, My kids are obsessed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great playset and from a company with great and friendly customer service. I'm so glad to took the plunge and got the one we did! We are so close to done and my kids can't stop talking about having their friends over to play on it. Definitely requires lots of organization, work, and time. There are a few instruction pages with misprints in the info, but it's pretty easy to figure out.

Sturdy

We bought this a year ago and have enjoyed having our own playground in our backyard! The kids (4&7) love the lookout and the rock wall. It's perfect for picnics, playing store, and even bring in pillows for lounging. Very sturdy as well. My husband assembled in less than 2 weeks.
