We bought this for our son's one year birthday party. It is a little big for him now but I'm sure he will grow into it. He loves going down the slide. As we were putting it together we had to redrill some of the holes as they weren't lined up or drilled thru enough. Also the bolts for the glider slide were not long enough. a couple of the boards had to be shaved down as they were too long. It took about a week for us to get it together and the last two days my husband and father worked on it all day to get it finished. It looks great in our backyard. Overall we are happy with it.

We really wanted this to be a great swing set for our kids, but SEVERAL boards came warped and split/chipped. Can't do too much about it when company is still closed and right in the middle of putting it together. So disappointed.... The crew's nest is quite small and the opening is very small so don't expect bigger kids to be going up there without bumping their heads or sliding their bodies on the wood part. Looks sharp when put together, but so disappointed about the wood. We put a sealer on it right away like suggested to preserve longevity and warranty. Hoping the company opens soon to see if can replace some of these boards. One of the boards is the A frame part of the swing set and this makes me nervous.

I bought this item and chose to put it together myself and that was a mistake. So far i have moderate problems with the quality of the equipment(subject to change as i am only 1/3 of the way through the process). The directions on the other hand are very vague and extremely difficult to follow making me tear down things that i already had put together. This has been slowing my process greatly and very frustrating to say the least. I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing this product unless of course they have it installed by the company. Excellent product and I highly recommend it for anyone with kids that love to play outside. We purchased it for our grandkids and they use it everyday that they can. Any problems with anything??? There customer service is phenomenal!! Highly recommend this Company!

This is a great play set. Boxes are organized and comes with an app to help. My husband put this up BY HIMSELF. One person. And he completed it in one week. Said Hallelujah when it was done lol (side note, he works full time and worked on this in his free time. 2 guys or more and it would be done in a weekend) Watch youtube videos for tips

Project is daunting at first. A lot of boxes and a lot of parts. A good general knowledge of tools is extremely helpful. It took about a week to ten days to build but not eight hour days. Our delay was getting final area around play yard prepared. Several guys needed to move it to spot. Some of the instructions are difficult to understand from drawings. Some of the boards were warped and I had to trim a board in different sections to make it fit. I found it impossible to hide all the markings(letter/numbers) from view. I think my grandkids will have years of fun on the Skyfort 2.

Great playset! If you are a DIY type person you’ll enjoy putting this together. Instructions are not idiot proof, so ingenuity and know how is a must. During assembly you have to pay close attention to the pilot holes and ensure they are faced in the direction with respect to the illustrations. I jumped around in the manual, because I did half the build in my garage due to weather. The nut barrels are trash! I hated these things. The clearance tolerances of the threads are extremely tight. I had to prefit them with the bolt prior to installing them to ensure proper engagement and alignment. Other than that great product.

Bought this play set and the kids are happy we did.it was just as ordered and a great bargain. It came quickly, took a couple of days to put together, a lot of parts!! If you have never assemble any thing like this before ask for help,instructions are pretty good but still a lot of parts

Easy purchase and delivery experience. My only suggestion for improvement would be to package the material in each box according to the assembly instructions. I had to open ALL the boxes to start working, which required scattering pieces over a wide area. Not the end of the world, but it would make for a more pleasant assembly experience. Otherwise, assembly was very easy and the directions were excellent.

We love our new Skyfort II - there are lots of fun features (our 3yo has created a circuit/ obstacle course because of so many options) and it is a handsome edition to our backyard! I recommend using the app for assembly - it makes it easier to see the correct placement of boards for predrilled holes (position matters!!) and for part numbers (vs. screw/bolt sizes).
