We have had out Sky Fort for about a year and a half. We couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. When it arrived on a very large truck, we were a bit intimidated. However, the precise directions, clearly marked pieces of wood, and pictures in the manual made putting this together very doable for two adults. As for the upkeep of the wood, we have not had to maintain the stain color. The wood still looks as beautiful as it did when we put it together. The specialty hardware keeps the bolts tight and doesn't seem to need much tightening.

We saved up for this purchase, knowing for about a year this was the model we wanted. It took my husband two days to assemble by himself, with some help from me (mostly just holding things up). Thankfully everything came labelled and we set everything out so we could see each piece. The instructions were easy to follow. The actual playset itself is great! There are so many activities that can be done - climbing, swinging, sliding, playing in the sand, having lunch on the little picnic table, playing in the fort...my kids are constantly finding new ways to enjoy it - the newest being the creation of an obstacle course starting at one end and working their way to the other. Another nice feature is that we were able to remove the 2 seater swing attachment and in its place, put a baby swing. Now all three girls from ages 1 to 11 are enjoying it!

We love it so far. Only just finished putting it up a week ago but a big hit with the kids. We love how it has a little bit of everything. The fort area is a good size and has more head room than other forts we looked at. With 4 kids we needed a big fort with lots of different areas to play on. Some other playsets have the swings hung under the monkey bars which I think is stupid, but this one has them seperate. The crows nest is the best part about it according to my kids. Also there is a little picnic bench underneath which we didn't really see in the picutres before we purchased the playset but were really happy to notice it later. Some of the little screws and washers were missing but no big parts. And some of the instructions were a bit confusing but we were able to figure it out anyway.

I bought the sky fort II a little over a month ago and finally found time to complete it. I was able to assemble the whole swing set by myself over 2-3 weekends (20-30 hours). The assembly instructions provided in the box were straight forward. I preferred the instructions manual for collecting parts prior to completing the next step but I also highly recommend using the app (“BILT”) that was advertised on the boxes. It was extremely helpful with the 3D diagrams when I needed reassurance that I interpreted the manual correctly. NOTE: I consulted with friends who have been through this before for their tips / tricks / advise. They (like the manual) recommended that I lay all the parts out prior to starting. I ignored this advise and left all the boards in the 4 boxes in my garage. I had dreams of working on the next steps after dark which never happened. This was my biggest mistake. Each box contained a parts list which helped but I believe at least 30% of my time was spend sifting through the boxes looking for the next part. If you have the space lay out the parts! My 2.5-year-old loves it!

Our product arrived on time and the assembly was scheduled a week later. We were asked if we wanted to be called if there were any cancellations. We agreed and were called the next day! Our delivery team was professional and FAST! Start to finish was 5hrs and my little ones were playing that very same evening. The kids love the fort and the different swings, but play with just about every part. I have a 4 and 6yr old. Overall this was a great experience for us.

My wife and I had been looking for a swing set for our two girls. I came across the Skyfort II and was amazed by all of the features it included. This thing has the works! Wave slide, rock wall, monkey bars, teeter-totter swing and two additional swings. That doesn’t even include the tower section that has a functional picnic table, sandbox, fort, and crows nest with a telescope. If you need your children to burn off some energy this is how you do it! The Skyfort II is a majestic addition to any backyard. You kids will never run out of friends if they have one of these kids playgrounds. The neighbor children have a blast learning sharing, playing, and communication skills. It does take some time for delivery, however the drop off went very smooth and the friendly folks placed it nicely in my garage. I highly recommend getting a crew together for assembly. It took 5 of us 12 hours to complete and that was with 2.5 hours I spend prior to that just unboxing and sorting parts. The wood is a tad soft so make sure to not over tighten the hardware as it will dig into the wood. I also recommend using a sealant to prevent any splintering from wear and tear. There is tons of space in the fort for your young ones to have fun. My 6’6” brother cab stand up in the inside without hitting his head! They bay windows also give a great view all around the yard for “home base” during hide and seek. I highly recommend this product and plan to help build more of these with my friends for their children.

Order process was fast and easy. We received our play set in about a week and had it up in under two days (even with a two year old "helping"). We did have to return a damaged slide, but customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend the Leisure Time Play Sets. High quality materials and the directions were very easy to read. Overall, I was very happy with my first Sam's Club online purchase experience.

We were looking to buy a swingset this spring anyway, and with the unexpected shelter in place orders from the coronavirus, this has been a lifesaver! Our three kids (ages 7, 6, 3) play with this nearly every day - it's challenging enough for the 7 year old but has routes, like the ladder, that the three year old can use. We opted for installation and when there was an issue with the slide the day after installation, they came right back out the next day and fixed it. Would highly recommend.

We decided to buy the Skyfort II because it seemed that for the money we were getting a lot more features than in other sets. I would estimate it took 36 hours to put together. We spent 2 hours on inventory. My husband built some pieces after work, the ladder, rock wall, monkey bars, etc. It took him 1.5 days to put the rest together. Everything is marked which makes installation easier. We went through in the evening and put the bolts in separate baggies, labeled for each step, which helped the installation go faster. I also, while he was building would find the wood and lay it out for each step which also helped. I will say they do not give you enough screws. We had to buy more. Although, we had more than enough of the other required nuts, bolts, etc. The hardest part for my husband, was putting the slide together. The set is real sturdy and appears that it will be durable. Very pleased.

Overall we love our swing set! We had it installed by our handyman. It took 2 men about 2 whole days to put together Some of the wood split or cracked which needs to be sanded down, but I’m not sure if that’s a quality issue or an install issue. That being said, the swing set is extremely sturdy! We put a baby swing in the middle instead of the trapeze bar. We have had 3 kids (7,4,2) swinging at once and the swing set doesn’t move at all. Our cautious 2 year old is still nervous to climb the stairs but the stairs have a hand rail on both sides to make it easy to climb. The slide is wicked fast and a little anxiety producing, but it doesn’t seem to bother the kids at all. The monkey bars provide a good challenge and are a feature our kids will grow into. We are pleased so far and hope it last for many more years.
