We opted for the white glove delivery and so happy we did! They were efficient and experienced. For a king size mattress up a flight of stairs with a 90 degree turn we had no scuffs on the walls. We were able to purchase the mattress on sale and was a great bargain. Sleep has been great, less tossing and turning. Highly recommend a Serta mattress.

After a month we still love the new mattress. Previous mattress was too soft, this one is firm but not too firm for us. Only problem was the delivery service. Delivery was scheduled and when the time passed we called and was told they were running behind. We called back and was told the delivery was cancelled. Finally worked my way up to a supervisor who said the original truck broke down. I explained that our old mattress had been removed and we did not want to sleep on the floor. He did send out a special truck and at 9 PM our new mattress arrived.

I needed to replace my old mattress and box. Glad I purchased this Serta. It was delivered on time, set up in a timely manner and the delivery men removed old mattress and box. Took a while to get adjusted to new mattress but its working out well.

This mattress is a great value for the money. We enjoy a much better sleep compared to our old worn out mattress. It is somewhat firmer than we expected but it is very comfortable and I recommend it if you are looking for quality and a great price.

We picked this out from the store and then ordered it on line because of the excellent price and free delivery - we had it sent to our farm out in the country and the boys were so nice that brought it - helped my husband set it up, etc. etc. It is extremely comfortable.

I was excited to finally receive my mattress on Monday since dates and times were all mixed up. I couldn't wait to go to bed that night. The mattress felt fine at first but I woke up with my back hurting. Everyday this week and even now, my back is hurting. It's just too hard once you truly lay in bed all night. The pillowtop is what gives you a little softness but that's about it. I'm really not happy and feel like I'm stuck with it.

I was having pai in my neck and noted that when I wasn't sleeping in my bed, it wasn't there. Time a a new mattress as there was quite the depression where I slept! Got a $200 off deal on this Serta Hybrid on a Staurday sale at Sam's. It was delivered with the white glove service (however they left cleanable black handmarks on my stairway wall....). I've been sleeping on it for a week now and love it. No more pain in the neck!!

I really had high hopes for this mattress. I have lower back issues. This mattress was like sleeping on a floor with a thin layer of padding. It didn't support my back at all and wasn't comfortable. I do not recommend this mattress if you have back issues.

I bought this a few weeks ago and am sleeping much better than before. I am a heavy person and like to sleep on my side. If you like a marshmallow bed...don't buy this one. If you need support...buy this one. It is firm enough that I get back support but not so much to feel like your on a springboard. I did need to buy a mattress pad because my arms were still hurting a little but now it is perfect! I can sleep, roll, sit, no back pain, no leg pain and no numb arms in the morning! Thank you Serta!!!!

We have had out mattress for 30 days now and absolutely love it. It is extremely comfortable. We were concerned that it may be too soft, but it has enough firmness to support us, but is soft enough so that you don't feel like you sleeping on a board.
