Great mattress at a really great price. The pillow top is so soft, but you don't sink down into the bed. The bed give a lot of support. I haven't woken up aching since I got the bed. The only downside (and this is being very nit picky) is its a really tall mattress. We used our previous box springs, which may be part of problem as I found out that new box springs are shorter so the bed doesn't sit so high.

Matterr is very firm{could be called hard} which takes some time to get used to. We bought a topper which helps cushion the firmness, but are very satistied overall. Have been sleeping on it for about a month & sure beats the Sealy we were sleeping on

The bed is very good. I bought this in both queen size for myself and twin size for my son. The queen set had an option for standard or low profile foundation. I got the low profile for the queen, but only standard was available for the twin. This makes the bed too tall.

I purchased this mattress about a month ago. I initially told myself to give it some time for adjustment, at this point I have concluded that this mattress is very very firm like you are sleeping on the floor, no softness at all. The mattress in the store is not a good representation if it is worn down.

We bought his mattress and when we first laid down it felt so firm. Not at all like the floor model we tested in the store. Yet, my husband and I slept very soundly all night. After a quick google search I learned that memory foam gets softer over the first few weeks - up to 90 days. Indeed it has. It has softened up quite a bit and I sleep very soundly and wake up without back or hip pain like I had with our previous mattress. We considered adding a topper but we changed our mind as the bed gets broken in. I took off one star for the initial firmness and I think that they would have stated that in the paperwork that the mattress comes with.

We just got our new mattress delivered about a week ago and so far, so good. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is for 2 reasons. I wasn't impressed with the delivery team. The bed is very comfortable, but you can feel a fair bit of movement if you're sharing the bed with someone.

I have many pain issues with hips,legs, back. I thought when we got this , Oh no, it's to firm I don't be able to sleep. This mattress is wonderful. Helps relief hip pain, back pain. I am sleeping so much better. This is a great value. King size is what we have.

After we got the mattresses on the bed I was really busy and didn't really take the time to go over things, but I did have time to see that it was right, I have major back nerve problems and have had surgery with no help, the old mattress had been on this bed but not used for over 30 years, with maybe 20 years of use, I decided to try the bed about 2 years ago and found that it was comfortable, but didn't do a thing for my back. I decided to purchase a new mattress to see if it would help, I never thought a thing about the bed for about a week after I got it on, I noticed that during this week I had slept better at night, getting more rest and no back hurting, the pillow top is a real plus, it held heat enough to keep me warm without bundling up with heavy blankets during the colder weather we are having that week. I then realized that my sleep and better rest was in fact the Mattress. I love the feel when I lay down, I don't want to get up in the morning, I am beginning to like sleep where I usually got all stiff and hurt when I get out of bed. I have nothing to do with Serta or anything for that matter, but I can truthfully say, This is one of the best choices I have even made. One hint though, I realized when I made the purchase from Sams Club that my old mattress was only 8" thick and this one is 13" I believe. Be sure that you purchase a good Mattress pad and sheets that are large enough to cover that 13" thickness, the older mattress pads and sheets were tight on the 8" Mattress.

We have bought Sertas in the past and were very satisfied with them. But this mattress had a very strong chemical (sulfur) odor that did not dissipate, even after 19 days of running a box fan with the window open. Sam's Club was very helpful in picking up the bed and refunding our money, but we are very disappointed and must start our search for a bed all over again.

This is the second time we've purchased this mattress. My teen daughter won't sleep on anything else. It's the perfect combination of firmness underneath and a cushy softness on the pillow top. This time we bought it in the twin size and I was a little concerned about whether it would still be good in such a small size, but she says it sleeps exactly the same as her previous full size. The white glove delivery service that's included made this an even better deal. I didn't have to figure out how to dispose of the old one. They even set up the bed frame for me. I highly recommend this mattress and Sam's Club.
