- 1 out of 5 stars review10/15/2018I've been sleeping on this mattress for a month now, and I am having the second issues with back pain that I did with the last mattress. I bought this because it was supposed to help alleviate my back pain and it hasn't in any way! The mattress is also dipping. I realize that $500 is not a lot of money to some people, but it is to me. I was, and still am, so desperate to alleviate my back pain that I bought this mattress instead of paying other bills. What a waste of money! This thing is going back as soon as possible!!! Do not buy this!!!

Was once Wonder Woman - 4 out of 5 stars review5/23/2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that my wife and I had just gotten out thirteen year old mattress right where we wanted it, broken in and comfortable. Boy, was I wrong! We picked up a Glenmoor about a month ago, and I can tell you that we're feeling far more rested, even when sleeping shortened hours. The mattress is firm without being rock hard, and supportive without being completely rigid and unforgiving. I'm extremely happy to say we have welcomed Serta into our house, and aren't likely to give it up!

Since the first month it started to sink in and now we have our own “wells” to sleep in with a huge mountain right in the middle of us. I have to place pillows under my sides to wake up in less pain. We are better off sleeping on the sofa at least that back pain is tolerable.

This mattress is nothing as described or as described to me. It is HARD and HOT to sleep in even in December. I can't imagine what it will be like in Mid-summer. My husband and I also both feel as we are going to slide off the edge of the mattress.

The spot I sleep in has flattened out and you dip straight to the hard surface underneath the foam. When I lay in other spots that haven't been slept on it's like new. Before it flattened it was a great mattress, just not durable or maybe a faulty mattress.

After 4 weeks, it was finally delivered. 2 weeks of sleeping on this mattress, there were holes on each side where my husband and I sleep with a big hump in the middle. Returned this mattress for a replacement (same brand) and after 6 weeks, received the replacement. Again same issue, 2 weeks of sleeping on it and it did the same thing. Now we have been trying for the last 1-1/2 months to get this horrid mattress picked up for a refund and continue to get the run around with the logistics company that does the pick ups. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MATTRESS!!!

I read some bad reviews about mattress sinking/losing its shape which I thought, it wouldn't happen to me because I've ordered mattresses before from Sams Club and I've never had any issues...until now! I think the one in store has been laid on so much that it is worn out a bit. I was expecting a soft cushion with some firmness. This bed is soft to the touch and feels like it will have some plushness, but when you lay on it, it is like laying on the floor. We will be returning. I gave it 2 stars because it seems quality made and seems like a nice mattress, but only if you like your mattress firm.

We ordered a different one in June of 2020, but it never shipped . We tracked it for a few weeks and so did Sam's; however, it never was delivered. Sam's Club advised us to come to the store and they would give us a better one for the same price so we ended up with this one. It was okay for a couple of years and then started becoming increasingly uncomfortable. It is sagging and both of us wake up multiple times each night due to discomfort. I have asked Serta for warranty assistance but haven't heard from them yet. If they won't do anything, we are going to Sam's Club to see if they will do anything. Keep Looking! This Mattress Is AWFUL!

It was great at first but after about 18 months, it has developed deep body indentations. It feels as though you are sleeping in a hole. There is a ridge down the middle that looks so odd. Even when the bed is made it is still very noticeable. We do not spend more than 8 hours in bed each day. So very disappointed in Serta.

I like that it sits higher because my husband is 6'5. It's plenty of space for the both of us to stretch out and his feet don't hang off the bed! The mattress is nice and firm but yet soft and comfy. It is THICK! We now joke that we have a princess in the pea bed, I love it. As for comfort it has everything you would want in a mattress. The pillow top has the nice softness and the. It is firm under that. It's a perfect blend for my husband and I. I do prefer a softer mattress, but overall this is a great combo for us. We don't feel each other moving on the mattress which is nice. It also stays cool I like that. Overall I really like this mattress I hope it holds up,as well over many more nights.

Pillow to conform; Firm underneath to support. The only Con for us was that the gel cooling is not as effective as we had hoped. Maybe it's the higher humidity in Fort Lauderdale, FL. However, overall, a good value from Sam's club.
