So I am still getting used to the bed since I have only had it for 4 days but it is comfortable. I would agree with other reviewers that it does seem to hold the warmth in but I sleep with a fan on so it's not much of a bother for me but maybe for others. My only complaint was not with the mattress but the MDX delivery service ( white glove delivery that was included in purchase) not taking old mattress as stated. The young men were very professional and stated that because there was a stain on the mattress they could not take it for disposal. I'm not sure why if the company was truly going to dispose of the set but the young men took the set outside for me which was very nice.

We purchased this mattress about a month ago. King with matching box springs. Very satisfied so far. We found that while we kicked all the covers off in the night, we slept very comfortably. I didn't sweat the bed for the first time in months! It is firm, but comfy, not hard, not plush, but--as Baby Bear would say, "Just right" for us! Can't say much positive about the "white glove" delivery. They pretty much dropped in place and ran--wouldn't even take our old mattress (as advertised) because of "body fluid stains". Really? If it had been perfect, I wouldn't have gotten rid of it! Don't depend on too much "white glove" treatment. Purchased online in KY, delivered out of Nashville, TN.

I purchased this mattress online after seeing it at our local store. I wish I could have taken the time to really try it out before buying it. It is much firmer than expected. The pillow top is nice, but has little give. Maybe after having it longer it will soften up. Overall, it is a good mattress, and I am getting used to the firmness. My advice-take your time and try it out at the store first.

Have only slept on it twice thus far and I will say this, that the firmness is just right. You don't see to many mattresses with a medium firmness, but this equates to just that. It's not too soft or to hard. As little red ridding hood would say, "just right.:

I have had back pain for 6/7 months and nothing was working on my memory foam mattress. Cue going on vacation and the home we rented had this mattres. One night on this mattress and my pain went away! Ordered the same when I got home and now pain free and sleeping well for 6 weeks! Great bed and excellent delivery service too!! Men were quick and nice and left no mess behind!

Bought this set in king size for my adult daughter one year ago. We were so impressed with the quality and the price that I bought the same set for my teenage son in queen size. It's the perfect firm pillow top mattress! Planning to replace 2 more sets in the future. With the bonus of free shipping I'll definitely be ordering these again!

This is not a quality product. After 10 days it has formed a hammock like indentation which literally entraps you from moving. The edge is already breaking down. The mattress is much firmer at the top and bottom so that the middle sleeping area is much softer. In one place you can feel the coils which are not upright therefore are felt through the top of the mattress. The mattress is not flat and lists to one side. It's going back.

I really had high hopes for this mattress. I have lower back issues. This mattress was like sleeping on a floor with a thin layer of padding. It didn't support my back at all and wasn't comfortable. I do not recommend this mattress if you have back issues.

My wife and I have been sleeping on a pillow top sleep number mattress for years and made a switch to the Serta Perfect sleeper Luxury Hybrid Glenmoor Super Pillowtop King Mattress after testing it at Sam's club. Both of us are pleased with the decision as this is a really comfortable mattress. Firm but not too firm, soft but not too soft..

Bought this bed a month ago, my husbands back was hurting in our old pillow top. It is more firm than our other one and now he sleeps without tossing nd turning. No more back aches when he wakes up so I'm happy about that! He loves it and might I add he is extremely picky about everything!
