Bought this in a king and have had it for 1 week. So far we both love the bed. It's firm yet has a little softness on top. Neither of us can feel the other getting in and out of the bed and both of us think the bed is just right. I prefer a firm mattress and husband likes firm but with a slight softness. We compromised and purchased this after reading all the reviews and we love the bed.

Bought the queen mattress and box spring for the guest room. FYI-it's double the price at Mattress firm. The included white glove service just made the experience that much better. Not use to a supportive mattress, the one that left had 6+ years of lumps and bumps.

I bought these mattresses a week and a half ago. They were exactly what my husband and I expected since we are longtime users of Serta mattresses. The quality is great and we are enjoying sleeping on them. We love them so much we bought two additional sets for our children's rooms.

I have problems with my shoulders, and with our old mattress I would wake up with them aching for most of the morning, sometimes into the afternoon. The hybrid Glenmoor is very firm, but the top layer of memory foam allows pressure points like shoulders and hips to sink in just enough that your entire body is evenly supported. I now wake up well rested with no lingering aches! If I had it to do over I would buy the low profile box springs offered with this mattress. The mattress is so thick that, with the standard height box springs, my feet don't touch the ground when sitting on the edge to put on socks and shoes (I'm 5' 10"). Pretty minor complaint!

We bought this mattress from Sam's online and received it right away with the white glove treatment. We bought the firm one and it has helped both of us. My hips do not hurt anymore and we are sleeping better. This is my second mattress I have bought from Sam's. We had a mattress before that came from a furniture place and it did not last for 3 years and it cost so much more.

My mattress is just what I needed. It's a little firm and we wanted to downsize from king to queen. Gives us more space. Delivery was excellent - 2 nice gentleman were on time, they removed the old mattress, helped with the bedframe and set up the new mattress. All in all, it was a very good experience.

I bought this mattress three weeks ago and it was delivered when they said it would be. The delivery people were courteous and quick. They also removed my old mattress. The new mattress is not as firm as my old one was, but I sleep very well on it and am very pleased with the purchase.

Purchased this a month ago and is an excellent mattress for a very reasonable price. Having a lot of disabilities, pressure points are painful and this mattress helps me sleep better with less pain. Worth every penny, especially the 10-year warranty. I strongly suggest investing in a good mattress pad and turning mattress every month for longer lasting comfort.

If you want a great night's sleep, this mattress is wonderful. Firm support with a Gel top that gives perfect comfort. Individually wrapped coil springs allow for support and doesn't disturb your partner when you move. I can get in and out of bed without my wife knowing! We love this mattress!

I bought this mattress after reading all the reviews on it. I only accept the positive ones. I feel that you can't please everyone. I absolutely love it. It is a great mattress for the price. I got the low profile box springs because the new mattress is six inches deeper than the old one and I did not want it to be too high. I already use pegs to lift the bed for better utilization of the space below for storage. I would highly recommend this mattress.
