Received this mattress two weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Previous mattress was a sleep number which I hated. This Serta firm pillow top provides the support I need while still allowing me to sink in just enough to feel comfy. I'm finally getting a good night's rest!

I am very pleased with my new Serta Perfect Sleeper. I certainly would buy this again. There is no substitute for a good night 's rest. I would recommend the white glove treatment. The delivery company was on time and very courteous. They took my old mattress out and set my new one up with no problems.

I have had this mattress a week and I am getting used to it, as other reviews have said it is harder than I hoped for. The problem with buying from Sams or any large box store there is no one who works there that can tell you anything about the product. All in all for the price it is a good deal.

We bought mattress about a month ago. Great delivery service. The mattress is firm and comfortable. I rarely feel when my spouse gets in and out of bed. The mattress needs the deep pocket sheets for it to fit properly. We had a queen size of this same mattress and had the full size box spring. On the king size we decided for the low profile box springs because we didnt want it so tall.

The purchase was very simple. The hardest part was deciding on which mattress to purchase. Once purchased, the delivery process was pretty seamless. We were informed of the expected delivery date and were kept informed of any updates. Our mattress was delivered earlier than first stated, but as I've stated, we were informed of the new delivery date, well in advance.

I bought these mattresses a week and a half ago. They were exactly what my husband and I expected since we are longtime users of Serta mattresses. The quality is great and we are enjoying sleeping on them. We love them so much we bought two additional sets for our children's rooms.

After pricing so many adjustable beds, this Members Mark frame and Serta Glenmoor mattress combination was chosen. My son and I set up the frames (2 XL Twins) and connected them so one remote works both simultaneity. Sam's delivered the King mattress. The mattress is very comfortable! I'm waking up rested. All together, this set was a good purchase!!!

I've had this mattress for a couple of weeks. The pillow top is much thinner than pictured. The mattress doesn't feel like a medium-plush, so I had to purchase a foam topper to sleep on it. This mattress is way over-priced given the comfort level.

Purchase price was the best part. The mattress isn't as comfortable as another Serta we purchased from a mattress store. But for the price it's well worth it. If I had 2k to spend though, I would have purchased a better quality one. But this one is just fine for now. It will be go for 5 years or so I imagine.

This is not a quality product. After 10 days it has formed a hammock like indentation which literally entraps you from moving. The edge is already breaking down. The mattress is much firmer at the top and bottom so that the middle sleeping area is much softer. In one place you can feel the coils which are not upright therefore are felt through the top of the mattress. The mattress is not flat and lists to one side. It's going back.
