I had gone to several "mattress stores" before stopping into Sam's. Very happy with my purchase, both quality and value. I had back surgery last year and the right support is critical to a restful night of sleep. Had some issues placing the order on in e but the staff at the store went out of their way to help me with my purchase. So refreshing to have employees that care!

Bought this in a king and have had it for 1 week. So far we both love the bed. It's firm yet has a little softness on top. Neither of us can feel the other getting in and out of the bed and both of us think the bed is just right. I prefer a firm mattress and husband likes firm but with a slight softness. We compromised and purchased this after reading all the reviews and we love the bed.

This was a great price and quick delivery. I do have a mattress topper on the bed but even my husband commented how comfortable this new mattress in. It offers support without being too firm. I would highly recommend. Was packaged well and set up professionally.

We just got our new mattress delivered about a week ago and so far, so good. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is for 2 reasons. I wasn't impressed with the delivery team. The bed is very comfortable, but you can feel a fair bit of movement if you're sharing the bed with someone.

I debated about giving this mattress a 3 star. After less than a month there appears to be a permanent indentation where I sleep. This is expected I guess since it has a memory foam in it. It memorizes your body and does not come back. This being said I don't totally regret buying it. I was on a Sleep Number that was way too firm. Never would I wake up without a backache. The new mattress seems to have remedied that. The quality of this mattress is quite good.

we've been sleeping on this mattress for almost a month and couldn't be happier, literally. I didn't believe that the mattress could stay cool, but it does. I was going to buy it anyway because my wife liked it, and she is very hard to please. I look forward to turning in at the end of the day, because I know what a treat is waiting for us. thank you samsclub for a great price.

I bought this a month ago to replace my twenty two year old mattress and box springs. Delivery guys were great and mattress and box springs arrived before the original delivery date. It's comfortable and I'm getting a good night's sleep. So far so good.

After a month we still love the new mattress. Previous mattress was too soft, this one is firm but not too firm for us. Only problem was the delivery service. Delivery was scheduled and when the time passed we called and was told they were running behind. We called back and was told the delivery was cancelled. Finally worked my way up to a supervisor who said the original truck broke down. I explained that our old mattress had been removed and we did not want to sleep on the floor. He did send out a special truck and at 9 PM our new mattress arrived.

I have had this for about a month. I had been looking at this mattress in the clubs for about a year. I called the folks at the Serta number listed for Sam's and asked a few questions. The lady was VERY knowledgeable, and helpful. Ordered the full-sized mattress and low profile box spring with white glove service(worth every penny). It's comfortable, medium firm ( was told the Glenmore 2.0 went to a medium by Serta). I am a side, sometimes back sleeper....and the mattress really works for me.

My Queen Mattress Set was delivered right on time(almost to the minute). We were kept abreast of how far away the truck was on a timely basis. The two delivery guys were courteous, respectful, and efficient. I couldn't believe that one of them could carry the mattress by himself from the truck up to the second floor while the other one unwrapped the foundation and placed it on the frame!!! So far, I'm very pleased with the set. It's firm, but very comfortable. My only concern, and that's why I didn't rate it a "5", is that I'm not so sure that the sides of the mattress will hold up as long as they should. Only time will tell.
