4" higher than our previous mattress gave us concern considering we retained our previous base. Yet, we're adjusting. It's wonderful to sleep all the way through the night again. The service was great. Door-to-door free! This will help us continue our membership with Sams Club.

Matterr is very firm{could be called hard} which takes some time to get used to. We bought a topper which helps cushion the firmness, but are very satistied overall. Have been sleeping on it for about a month & sure beats the Sealy we were sleeping on

I purchased a king size mattress and boxspring set... And I absolutely love it! I was having pretty bad upper neck pain and was having difficulty sleeping and my husband was experiencing a lot of back pain and we have not had those issues since purchasing this mattress. The two delivery gentleman were very efficient and extremely helpful and were in and out before I knew it. They assisted me with moving my existing mattress to another room along with setup of my new one. They were on time and even called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Excellent experience! I had pulled a muscle in my back and ordered this mattress and box springs from Sams. Not only did I save $200 on a Veterans Day sale, but they also removed my old mattress and installed the new one free! Immediately my back got better from this Serta bed! It was a lifesaver.

I bought this mattress because my other mattress was 17 years old and getting too soft. I also wanted more support for my back. The has given me the support I wanted and I don't wake up with low back pain anymore. It is firm but not like a board firm. It is exactly what I wanted. For me, it is a comfortable mattress and I am happy with my purchase. The only thing that has maddened me was the delivery. The “white glove” delivery men left two gauges ( sp.?) and scratches in my ceiling which is inclined going up to the bedroom. Complaint sent, but have not heard back from them.

Bought this set in king size for my adult daughter one year ago. We were so impressed with the quality and the price that I bought the same set for my teenage son in queen size. It's the perfect firm pillow top mattress! Planning to replace 2 more sets in the future. With the bonus of free shipping I'll definitely be ordering these again!

This is the second time we've purchased this mattress. My teen daughter won't sleep on anything else. It's the perfect combination of firmness underneath and a cushy softness on the pillow top. This time we bought it in the twin size and I was a little concerned about whether it would still be good in such a small size, but she says it sleeps exactly the same as her previous full size. The white glove delivery service that's included made this an even better deal. I didn't have to figure out how to dispose of the old one. They even set up the bed frame for me. I highly recommend this mattress and Sam's Club.

Much better than the all memory foam we just replaced. It is not quite as good for my husband as for me. I find I have to "climb out" of my spot but the mattress does bounce back to shape. Comfortable otherwise. Hubby has a hard time getting comfy. He has a few more general aches and pains than I, which is a factor. It's been a little over a month now, so time will tell how it holds up in general. So far, we both give it a 4 star.

We bought the mattress about three weeks ago. We are very happy with it. The reviews we read were positive except for a few saying the mattress was firmer than the expected. We find it perfect as we like a firm bed but wanted to go a little softer with a pillow top. The price was great comparing similar mattresses at other stores.

I bought these for my 15 year olds. It is more firm than they wanted. But considering what they had before, it will take some getting used to. Their former mattress was not a pillow top and they were on bunk bed mattresses. We are very pleased with the mattresses. Best nights sleep they have had in a long time.
