I purchased this mattress online after seeing it at our local store. I wish I could have taken the time to really try it out before buying it. It is much firmer than expected. The pillow top is nice, but has little give. Maybe after having it longer it will soften up. Overall, it is a good mattress, and I am getting used to the firmness. My advice-take your time and try it out at the store first.

we've been sleeping on this mattress for almost a month and couldn't be happier, literally. I didn't believe that the mattress could stay cool, but it does. I was going to buy it anyway because my wife liked it, and she is very hard to please. I look forward to turning in at the end of the day, because I know what a treat is waiting for us. thank you samsclub for a great price.

We purchased this mattress about a month ago and we've given ourselves time to get adjusted to it. The first week or so I had some back aches, but more because our old mattress was 18 years old. So by now my back is very happy with this mattress! It is firm but cushy once I adapted to it. I don't toss about like I used to and I sleep solid until morning! The model in the store had a softer pillow top but also has had many more people test it out. So ours will get that way, but even now it is wonderful. The delivery service had to deliver it in the pouring rain and were so nice. I am so glad we went with this mattress! We got a great deal and I'm sleeping much better these days!

Have only slept on it twice thus far and I will say this, that the firmness is just right. You don't see to many mattresses with a medium firmness, but this equates to just that. It's not too soft or to hard. As little red ridding hood would say, "just right.:

We just got our new mattress delivered about a week ago and so far, so good. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is for 2 reasons. I wasn't impressed with the delivery team. The bed is very comfortable, but you can feel a fair bit of movement if you're sharing the bed with someone.

Purchased this a month ago and is an excellent mattress for a very reasonable price. Having a lot of disabilities, pressure points are painful and this mattress helps me sleep better with less pain. Worth every penny, especially the 10-year warranty. I strongly suggest investing in a good mattress pad and turning mattress every month for longer lasting comfort.

If you want a great night's sleep, this mattress is wonderful. Firm support with a Gel top that gives perfect comfort. Individually wrapped coil springs allow for support and doesn't disturb your partner when you move. I can get in and out of bed without my wife knowing! We love this mattress!

I was worried about buying a bed that I didn't test. The bed is working out better that expected. It is firm. And I may not have bought it if I'd laid down on it first, to be quite honest. However, I have been getting a great nights sleep since it got here. I'm a stomach sleeper, so it works perfect.

My mattress came in a month ago it was the best investment me and my husband could have made. We had a full size mattress for about almost 8 years, yes it was way over due for us to get a new one! Since we got our new KING size mattress in we have been able to get the best sleep we've had in years the pillow top on it is so comfortable! We've always had back pain and would even take turn sleeping on the couch because our old mattress was horrible. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a spacious and comfy bed. hopefully this was helpful to somebody.

I have had a back ache every morning since I received this mattress set. I previously had a solid foam mattress and I believe it was better suited to me. I have noticed that in 10 days the mattress has already lost some of it's firmness and visibly sags on the side I've been sleeping on. I weigh 145 pounds and am 4'10" tall, so it's not because of my size. Also, if I were to keep this mattress I would need the low profile foundation, because it's too high for me to get into the bed without a stool.
