Just purchased and had it for a week. It feels great. It is a pillow top but firm at the same time. It sits high with the regular box springs, which I like. I had the low profile before and just didn't like the look. I would definitely purchase this mattress again.

The mattress at the nearby club felt very comfortable and plush with a medium firmness. When the mattress came to the house, it was hard as a rock. The quality seems to be ok, but it is nothing like the store display. I am having to spend money on a topper to try and soften it up so we can get some sleep! I should not have to spend $100 to try and correct the comfort issues with a brand new mattress.....

Purchase price was the best part. The mattress isn't as comfortable as another Serta we purchased from a mattress store. But for the price it's well worth it. If I had 2k to spend though, I would have purchased a better quality one. But this one is just fine for now. It will be go for 5 years or so I imagine.

I have had this mattress a week and I am getting used to it, as other reviews have said it is harder than I hoped for. The problem with buying from Sams or any large box store there is no one who works there that can tell you anything about the product. All in all for the price it is a good deal.

My wife and I are very with our Serta mattress purchase. The mattress has just the right firmness and with the pillow top built in give us a very restful sleep. The crew that brought our mattress and removed our old one were very professional. We would highly recommend this mattress to anyone who likes a firm mattress.

We have had out mattress for 30 days now and absolutely love it. It is extremely comfortable. We were concerned that it may be too soft, but it has enough firmness to support us, but is soft enough so that you don't feel like you sleeping on a board.

We bought the mattress about three weeks ago. We are very happy with it. The reviews we read were positive except for a few saying the mattress was firmer than the expected. We find it perfect as we like a firm bed but wanted to go a little softer with a pillow top. The price was great comparing similar mattresses at other stores.

i bought this on august 4th mattress was delivered on august 15th have sleep on it for two weeks this mattress already has indention's on both sides.delivery was fine after they left i went to make the bed up.plastic had come off one of the corners had black grease on it . at this point not very pleased. what are my options.

Our new mattress was delivered two weeks ago. I was very impressed with the phone communication updates and delivery service. The buying experience through Sam's Club was excellent. We are very pleased so far with the mattress. The transition from old to new was good. It is still very firm but we know with some time that will change.

We searched for weeks and found this mattress at Sam's Club. Tried it at the store and ordered online during Veteran's day for an extra discount. The mattress is amazing. My husband and I both used to wake up with stiff aching hips and back but now we feel truly rested with no aching hips when we get up. There is no bounce, or movement from turning over. It took a few days to adjust to the firmness but we are so happy with this mattress.
