I have had back pain for 6/7 months and nothing was working on my memory foam mattress. Cue going on vacation and the home we rented had this mattres. One night on this mattress and my pain went away! Ordered the same when I got home and now pain free and sleeping well for 6 weeks! Great bed and excellent delivery service too!! Men were quick and nice and left no mess behind!

I ordered this on-line at Sam's club. As you know there are dozens ovv mattresses that you can look at on Sam's club web site. But with the the help of a Serta professional made available by Sam's club it was easy to pick one I could not be happier with this mattress at a great price.

After we got the mattresses on the bed I was really busy and didn't really take the time to go over things, but I did have time to see that it was right, I have major back nerve problems and have had surgery with no help, the old mattress had been on this bed but not used for over 30 years, with maybe 20 years of use, I decided to try the bed about 2 years ago and found that it was comfortable, but didn't do a thing for my back. I decided to purchase a new mattress to see if it would help, I never thought a thing about the bed for about a week after I got it on, I noticed that during this week I had slept better at night, getting more rest and no back hurting, the pillow top is a real plus, it held heat enough to keep me warm without bundling up with heavy blankets during the colder weather we are having that week. I then realized that my sleep and better rest was in fact the Mattress. I love the feel when I lay down, I don't want to get up in the morning, I am beginning to like sleep where I usually got all stiff and hurt when I get out of bed. I have nothing to do with Serta or anything for that matter, but I can truthfully say, This is one of the best choices I have even made. One hint though, I realized when I made the purchase from Sams Club that my old mattress was only 8" thick and this one is 13" I believe. Be sure that you purchase a good Mattress pad and sheets that are large enough to cover that 13" thickness, the older mattress pads and sheets were tight on the 8" Mattress.

I never bought a mattress without trying it out first but only went by the picture and description. So far the mattress set has lived up to its described quality. It is very comfortable and quality appears to be high. The real test will be the test of time and how the mattress wears. The value was good with both the mattress and box spring included in the price.

I bought this in beginning of month. I was very nervous about making the wrong choice for such an important purchase online.. I cannot say enough about the Serta representatives who helped me in such a dedicated and professional manner. I am waiting for a replacement on 1 of the mattresses. It's coming next week. There was a small tear on the box spring and black spots on the mattress. Plastic covering has a hold in it and mattress got soiled. I offered to clean it but they suggested a replacement. At first I wanted to exchange my mattress because it was too hard. Several years ago, I had shoulder repair surgery and I felt the mattress was too hard. Representative suggested another one but it was too high in height and the smaller box spring would not help because it had metal pads, I Have a wooden bed. In the meantime, I was told to take my time and try the bed, and I did. Now I have adjusted and glad I am keeping it. I still cannot get over the excellent home delivery/online purchasing service that Sam's provides. This includes a transport agency that delivered with the "white glove" treatment. They removed old box spring and put new ones. I always have plastic coverings on my box springs and they were happy to put the new covering on both the mattress and box spring sets for me. I suggest to all my friends that they do their business with Sam's. This has been a wonderful experience and as a result, have spoken with all supervisors involved. Thank You

I needed to replace my old mattress and box. Glad I purchased this Serta. It was delivered on time, set up in a timely manner and the delivery men removed old mattress and box. Took a while to get adjusted to new mattress but its working out well.

This was finally delivered 2 weeks ago. We are in heaven! For the first time in years, we sleep so well. Really comfortable mattress, firm but the pillowtop makes it feel like you are sleeping on cottonballs. My husband and I both have back problems so this mattress was a must have.

We purchased this mattress about a month ago and we've given ourselves time to get adjusted to it. The first week or so I had some back aches, but more because our old mattress was 18 years old. So by now my back is very happy with this mattress! It is firm but cushy once I adapted to it. I don't toss about like I used to and I sleep solid until morning! The model in the store had a softer pillow top but also has had many more people test it out. So ours will get that way, but even now it is wonderful. The delivery service had to deliver it in the pouring rain and were so nice. I am so glad we went with this mattress! We got a great deal and I'm sleeping much better these days!

Purchased this a month ago and is an excellent mattress for a very reasonable price. Having a lot of disabilities, pressure points are painful and this mattress helps me sleep better with less pain. Worth every penny, especially the 10-year warranty. I strongly suggest investing in a good mattress pad and turning mattress every month for longer lasting comfort.

I purchased this mattress about a month ago. I initially told myself to give it some time for adjustment, at this point I have concluded that this mattress is very very firm like you are sleeping on the floor, no softness at all. The mattress in the store is not a good representation if it is worn down.
