I was having pai in my neck and noted that when I wasn't sleeping in my bed, it wasn't there. Time a a new mattress as there was quite the depression where I slept! Got a $200 off deal on this Serta Hybrid on a Staurday sale at Sam's. It was delivered with the white glove service (however they left cleanable black handmarks on my stairway wall....). I've been sleeping on it for a week now and love it. No more pain in the neck!!

We must have read several hundred reviews and even though we weren't sure that the Glenmoor Firm Pillowtop Mattress was the best fit for us, we thought we would try it. We are so glad we did. Our previous mattress was more expensive than this, but build quality was far inferior. After a couple of months is stated to fall apart. The foam sides started deforming and it became too soft. This mattress is very comfortable a bit harder that we initially wanted but very comfortable. So far it provides a good mixture of support and comfort. The only problem is that is so much harder to get out of bed than before.

My wife and I are very with our Serta mattress purchase. The mattress has just the right firmness and with the pillow top built in give us a very restful sleep. The crew that brought our mattress and removed our old one were very professional. We would highly recommend this mattress to anyone who likes a firm mattress.

Purchase price was the best part. The mattress isn't as comfortable as another Serta we purchased from a mattress store. But for the price it's well worth it. If I had 2k to spend though, I would have purchased a better quality one. But this one is just fine for now. It will be go for 5 years or so I imagine.

I have only had the mattress for one week but, so far, I am totally satisfied. I did a lot of research and comparison before my purchase. Having Arthritis I wanted to get a bed that provided the comfort that I craved. I am now enjoying a good nights sleep.

I've had the set for 6 days. I have no complaints with the set. It is very comfortable and delivers as I had hoped and expected. I researched and studied for a while on which mattress brand and which set to purchase. There are a lot of sets to choose from on the market but I am very well pleased and happy that I chose this. For me, it's not too hard and not too soft....it's just right!

I had gone to several "mattress stores" before stopping into Sam's. Very happy with my purchase, both quality and value. I had back surgery last year and the right support is critical to a restful night of sleep. Had some issues placing the order on in e but the staff at the store went out of their way to help me with my purchase. So refreshing to have employees that care!

I bought this for my son as he was complaining about his old mattress. He is loving it.....the delivery took about 2 weeks but it was well worth the wait and the delivery personnel were fantastic. Mattress has that pillow top that forms to your body yet still has that little firmness so you don't sink into a really soft mattress. My son couldn't be happier. I'll admit I took a nap on it and it lasted longer than it should of.... lol.

I received this the other day. I didn't think about my bed frame.I don't have slots to hold split box spring. Easy fix ,got at lumber yard. I love this set. It's firm but not to firm.loving the pillow top.its very comfortable. I had a good night sleep . I would recommend buying it at the store, it took long time to receive, ordered on line. It's high up, I use a stool.lol its well made , comfortable. I m glad I picked this set..I was leaning on the 600 dollar set.I moved up to this one.im very glad I did. Don't be afraid to buy you will love it.

I have had this for about a month. I had been looking at this mattress in the clubs for about a year. I called the folks at the Serta number listed for Sam's and asked a few questions. The lady was VERY knowledgeable, and helpful. Ordered the full-sized mattress and low profile box spring with white glove service(worth every penny). It's comfortable, medium firm ( was told the Glenmore 2.0 went to a medium by Serta). I am a side, sometimes back sleeper....and the mattress really works for me.
