I bought these mattresses a week and a half ago. They were exactly what my husband and I expected since we are longtime users of Serta mattresses. The quality is great and we are enjoying sleeping on them. We love them so much we bought two additional sets for our children's rooms.

We have had out mattress for 30 days now and absolutely love it. It is extremely comfortable. We were concerned that it may be too soft, but it has enough firmness to support us, but is soft enough so that you don't feel like you sleeping on a board.

I bought this in beginning of month. I was very nervous about making the wrong choice for such an important purchase online.. I cannot say enough about the Serta representatives who helped me in such a dedicated and professional manner. I am waiting for a replacement on 1 of the mattresses. It's coming next week. There was a small tear on the box spring and black spots on the mattress. Plastic covering has a hold in it and mattress got soiled. I offered to clean it but they suggested a replacement. At first I wanted to exchange my mattress because it was too hard. Several years ago, I had shoulder repair surgery and I felt the mattress was too hard. Representative suggested another one but it was too high in height and the smaller box spring would not help because it had metal pads, I Have a wooden bed. In the meantime, I was told to take my time and try the bed, and I did. Now I have adjusted and glad I am keeping it. I still cannot get over the excellent home delivery/online purchasing service that Sam's provides. This includes a transport agency that delivered with the "white glove" treatment. They removed old box spring and put new ones. I always have plastic coverings on my box springs and they were happy to put the new covering on both the mattress and box spring sets for me. I suggest to all my friends that they do their business with Sam's. This has been a wonderful experience and as a result, have spoken with all supervisors involved. Thank You

Well I bought this about a month ago and I'm still breaking it in. It's a little too firm for me but I'm thinking it will get better once I break it in. If not then I just wasted 500 bucks and I'm stuck with it. Lol I will let y'all know more after another month or so. They say it takes about 8 weeks to break one in, so we will see. It's still a good mattress though if u like em extra firm.

I have many pain issues with hips,legs, back. I thought when we got this , Oh no, it's to firm I don't be able to sleep. This mattress is wonderful. Helps relief hip pain, back pain. I am sleeping so much better. This is a great value. King size is what we have.

We love our new mattress however we have had our bed frame for quite a few years now and this mattress is definitely a little shorter and not as wide as the average king size mattress. other than that we don't really have any complaints about it we both sleep better than we have in years.

We purchased the Glenmoor Super Pillowtop King Mattress two weeks ago. After trying the mattresses out at Sams we decided this was the best compromise for us as my husband liked one better and I liked another. This mattress is a good buy when compared with other mattresses of like quality that were more expensive elsewhere. We are not small people and it provides excellent support and we do not have any back pain after sleeping on it for two weeks or more. I wish it lived up to its name Super Pillowtop. I don't feel that the top has as much cushion as I think it should. I would have preferred that it was softer. I have varicose veins and I have not had any hip or leg pain but I am experiencing some mild shoulder pain which is something new for me! We are using a regular but heavy mattress pad, but have decided to take it off for a few days to see if we feel more softness. The pad fits snugly and it may be hindering our ability to feel cushioned. If that solves the problem we will purchase a less expensive/quality pad and go with that. In any event, we will be keeping the mattress. To be perfectly honest, in our almost forty years of marriage we seem to never get a mattress we are completely happy using—we just aren't a very good judge. And you can sleep on a mattress somewhere else that's great but never can find it to purchase. They change colors, names, etc. depending on store, year, or whatever!

My Queen Mattress Set was delivered right on time(almost to the minute). We were kept abreast of how far away the truck was on a timely basis. The two delivery guys were courteous, respectful, and efficient. I couldn't believe that one of them could carry the mattress by himself from the truck up to the second floor while the other one unwrapped the foundation and placed it on the frame!!! So far, I'm very pleased with the set. It's firm, but very comfortable. My only concern, and that's why I didn't rate it a "5", is that I'm not so sure that the sides of the mattress will hold up as long as they should. Only time will tell.

After having a very expense mattress, I was hesitant about purchasing this Serta at such a reasonable price. I am so happy with my new mattress and so glad I decided to try it. As a Sam's Plus member, my free delivery and haul away of my old mattress was a great incentive to make this change. Thank you SAMs!

My mattress is just what I needed. It's a little firm and we wanted to downsize from king to queen. Gives us more space. Delivery was excellent - 2 nice gentleman were on time, they removed the old mattress, helped with the bedframe and set up the new mattress. All in all, it was a very good experience.
