We must have read several hundred reviews and even though we weren't sure that the Glenmoor Firm Pillowtop Mattress was the best fit for us, we thought we would try it. We are so glad we did. Our previous mattress was more expensive than this, but build quality was far inferior. After a couple of months is stated to fall apart. The foam sides started deforming and it became too soft. This mattress is very comfortable a bit harder that we initially wanted but very comfortable. So far it provides a good mixture of support and comfort. The only problem is that is so much harder to get out of bed than before.

I needed to replace my old mattress and box. Glad I purchased this Serta. It was delivered on time, set up in a timely manner and the delivery men removed old mattress and box. Took a while to get adjusted to new mattress but its working out well.

Bought the queen mattress and box spring for the guest room. FYI-it's double the price at Mattress firm. The included white glove service just made the experience that much better. Not use to a supportive mattress, the one that left had 6+ years of lumps and bumps.

This is not a quality product. After 10 days it has formed a hammock like indentation which literally entraps you from moving. The edge is already breaking down. The mattress is much firmer at the top and bottom so that the middle sleeping area is much softer. In one place you can feel the coils which are not upright therefore are felt through the top of the mattress. The mattress is not flat and lists to one side. It's going back.

I had gone to several "mattress stores" before stopping into Sam's. Very happy with my purchase, both quality and value. I had back surgery last year and the right support is critical to a restful night of sleep. Had some issues placing the order on in e but the staff at the store went out of their way to help me with my purchase. So refreshing to have employees that care!

We picked this out from the store and then ordered it on line because of the excellent price and free delivery - we had it sent to our farm out in the country and the boys were so nice that brought it - helped my husband set it up, etc. etc. It is extremely comfortable.

This is our second Glenmoor from Sam's. Our first served us well for about 5 years, which to me is about right for a firm mattress. We've had the new one for about a month and it is the same. A quality built firm mattress. Actually, we're sleeping better now on the new one as would be expected as the old one was beginning to get grooved. There's no way to flip this mattress as it is a pillowtop. I'm 6'4' and 240lbs. I can create a substantial dip in the mattress after a few years. That's in any mattress. The 4 stars are for the mattress only. I would be deducting stars for the delivery, as that was a bit dicey, giving it about 2 stars. The mattress showed up a day later than scheduled. The driver did not have the paperwork, as the dispatcher asked if I could print it for them, or I would have to wait another day. I was informed by the delivery people that they depended on gratuities to be able to eat. This was before the truck was opened and the mattress extracted. I didn't have a great feeling about the delivery personnel. I'll probably find a different way, or different method of delivery next time. I'm glad I had a $20 bill stashed away as that seemed to satisfy them. Overall, the mattress is a good one. It is firm, make no mistake. But firm is good for us.

This was a great price and quick delivery. I do have a mattress topper on the bed but even my husband commented how comfortable this new mattress in. It offers support without being too firm. I would highly recommend. Was packaged well and set up professionally.

This is my first real adult mattress and I have no regrets. I good in the morning when I wake up. I gives off this feeling like it's too firm but it's medium and great for me. I'm 5'2” 130-160lbs and I adore laying in bed whenever I can. It's also great for not traveling movement to the other side of the mattress. I had it since 10/15/2019. If things change I'll come back Nd edit my review. But for now I'm very elated with my purchase

I bought this a month ago to replace my twenty two year old mattress and box springs. Delivery guys were great and mattress and box springs arrived before the original delivery date. It's comfortable and I'm getting a good night's sleep. So far so good.
