Very Good Quality

I really like this mattress. I had a 4 inch memory foam topper that I bought last year and since I spent a lot of money on that, I didn't want to give it away so I put it on top of this mattress. I'm not sure if it needed it but I didn't want to get rid of it since it was still new. Now the mattress has a soft and firm feel to it. I like how sturdy it is, when I sit on the end of it, the whole mattress does not sag down. I sleep with my two dogs and movement is very minimal when they are moving around on the mattress. I hope this mattress lasts me a long time because I really like it and it's comfortable. It feels like it is a quality mattress when you sit or lay on it.

Did not hold its shape

After four weeks the mattress failed to hold its shape where I lay while sleeping. After the mattress lost its shape, I found myself sleeping in a low place in the mattress so not comfortable. I contacted Sam's and was told to contact Serta. After contacting Serta, I was contacted by the delivery service who is now scheduled to pick up the mattress given I chose to return it.

    Justs What No Doctor Ordered

    After looking extensively at options we bought this hybrid based on our specs and the reviews by others. Specifically, we chose Sams's Club for pricing, product support, shipping and delivery service and convenience. This mattress is firm enough but has some give. It supports all styles of sleeping in comfort, and is a very sharp, well made product. Order the box spring with it to make sure you start right with the whole package. Buy with confidence.

    Happy with my selection

    I had gone to several "mattress stores" before stopping into Sam's. Very happy with my purchase, both quality and value. I had back surgery last year and the right support is critical to a restful night of sleep. Had some issues placing the order on in e but the staff at the store went out of their way to help me with my purchase. So refreshing to have employees that care!
