I have had back pain for 6/7 months and nothing was working on my memory foam mattress. Cue going on vacation and the home we rented had this mattres. One night on this mattress and my pain went away! Ordered the same when I got home and now pain free and sleeping well for 6 weeks! Great bed and excellent delivery service too!! Men were quick and nice and left no mess behind!

So I am still getting used to the bed since I have only had it for 4 days but it is comfortable. I would agree with other reviewers that it does seem to hold the warmth in but I sleep with a fan on so it's not much of a bother for me but maybe for others. My only complaint was not with the mattress but the MDX delivery service ( white glove delivery that was included in purchase) not taking old mattress as stated. The young men were very professional and stated that because there was a stain on the mattress they could not take it for disposal. I'm not sure why if the company was truly going to dispose of the set but the young men took the set outside for me which was very nice.

We must have read several hundred reviews and even though we weren't sure that the Glenmoor Firm Pillowtop Mattress was the best fit for us, we thought we would try it. We are so glad we did. Our previous mattress was more expensive than this, but build quality was far inferior. After a couple of months is stated to fall apart. The foam sides started deforming and it became too soft. This mattress is very comfortable a bit harder that we initially wanted but very comfortable. So far it provides a good mixture of support and comfort. The only problem is that is so much harder to get out of bed than before.

I bought this mattress because my other mattress was 17 years old and getting too soft. I also wanted more support for my back. The has given me the support I wanted and I don't wake up with low back pain anymore. It is firm but not like a board firm. It is exactly what I wanted. For me, it is a comfortable mattress and I am happy with my purchase. The only thing that has maddened me was the delivery. The “white glove” delivery men left two gauges ( sp.?) and scratches in my ceiling which is inclined going up to the bedroom. Complaint sent, but have not heard back from them.

I ordered this item based partly on the sale price, but mostly on several customer comments saying it was too firm. It was delivered on March 01 and we were eager to enjoy firm comfort. We do not find it. In our opinion it is medium at best. In addition, the edges are very soft so getting into an out of bed can be a bit tricky for us older folks. .

We purchased this mattress about a month ago. King with matching box springs. Very satisfied so far. We found that while we kicked all the covers off in the night, we slept very comfortably. I didn't sweat the bed for the first time in months! It is firm, but comfy, not hard, not plush, but--as Baby Bear would say, "Just right" for us! Can't say much positive about the "white glove" delivery. They pretty much dropped in place and ran--wouldn't even take our old mattress (as advertised) because of "body fluid stains". Really? If it had been perfect, I wouldn't have gotten rid of it! Don't depend on too much "white glove" treatment. Purchased online in KY, delivered out of Nashville, TN.

I bought this mattress for my son and daughter-in-law for their guest room. After sleeping on it, I decided to replace my guest room mattress with the same. I am particularly about mattresses and want my guests to sleep comfortably whilst visiting my home. My house guests have commented on how comfortably they slept on this mattress.

We bought the mattress about three weeks ago. We are very happy with it. The reviews we read were positive except for a few saying the mattress was firmer than the expected. We find it perfect as we like a firm bed but wanted to go a little softer with a pillow top. The price was great comparing similar mattresses at other stores.

Bought a queen size for my tall teen and after delivery, my husband and I are jealous. Our son really enjoys the firm support combined with cooling gel form. Supports yet adapts well. We are now thinking of purchasing the king for ourselves. Highly recommend the lower box spring or bed would be very high off the ground. Disappointed that delivery team did not take old mattresses as promised. Only complaint. Delivery & set up went well otherwise and delivery men were polite & friendly.

I was having pai in my neck and noted that when I wasn't sleeping in my bed, it wasn't there. Time a a new mattress as there was quite the depression where I slept! Got a $200 off deal on this Serta Hybrid on a Staurday sale at Sam's. It was delivered with the white glove service (however they left cleanable black handmarks on my stairway wall....). I've been sleeping on it for a week now and love it. No more pain in the neck!!
