Five Star/A+ rating for Sam's Club price, ordering, speed of delivery, white glove setup and last but not least comfort sleeping. After sleeping on mattresses for over 65 yrs. and 45 of those yrs. with husband beside me this Serta "Glenmoore" is wonderful. Beautiful bed, not to soft, not to hard, no disruption from movement, no heating and very comfortable. May I add, "No comp for this review".

i bought this on august 4th mattress was delivered on august 15th have sleep on it for two weeks this mattress already has indention's on both sides.delivery was fine after they left i went to make the bed up.plastic had come off one of the corners had black grease on it . at this point not very pleased. what are my options.

Hoping this thing gets softer over time because we've had it for two weeks now and it's still hard as a rock. I've woken up quite a few mornings sore all day long from it being so hard. We bought the low profile box springs and happy we did. It's still pretty high off the ground with our frame.

Great mattress! A little firmer than the store but has been amazing since it arrived. Both me and my husband have enjoyed every night of sleep. Neither of us can tell when the other exits/enters the bed, which is great because I go to sleep later than him and he wakes up earlier than me.

This mattress is nothing like the one a tested at the store. That one was super comfy, shift, and hugged my body. This one is rock hard. Tried sleeping on it for a few nights because I was hoping it would break in but I had to give up. I just couldn't do it

I just got my mattress. It feels really well made and thick. I had purchased a mattress less then 5 years ago from Denver Mattress and the springs were sticking out and it started to get dips in the mattress right away. I feel like this was an excellent purchase that will last a long time. It is soft but sturdy.

We searched for weeks and found this mattress at Sam's Club. Tried it at the store and ordered online during Veteran's day for an extra discount. The mattress is amazing. My husband and I both used to wake up with stiff aching hips and back but now we feel truly rested with no aching hips when we get up. There is no bounce, or movement from turning over. It took a few days to adjust to the firmness but we are so happy with this mattress.

I purchased this mattress about a month ago. I initially told myself to give it some time for adjustment, at this point I have concluded that this mattress is very very firm like you are sleeping on the floor, no softness at all. The mattress in the store is not a good representation if it is worn down.

We have bought Sertas in the past and were very satisfied with them. But this mattress had a very strong chemical (sulfur) odor that did not dissipate, even after 19 days of running a box fan with the window open. Sam's Club was very helpful in picking up the bed and refunding our money, but we are very disappointed and must start our search for a bed all over again.

We recently purchased the Serta Perfect Sleeper Glenmoor 2.0 Pillowtop King Mattress set and so far it has been great! We had purchased one prior to this, but it started to sag right away (less than 2 months). However we have one in our other home in Florida and it has been great for almost a year now, so we decided to reorder another one. Serta was great about crediting us for the other purchase.
