We were in need of a new mattress and looked around at other mattress deals. Sam's Club had the best price on the Serta Mattress we wanted. We ordered on line, the mattress was delivered quite quickly. The delivery went smooth, they picked up our old mattress, and set up the new one for us. Very friendly service and polite . Both me and my wife love the mattress. I give the total process, purchasing, shipping & delivery 5 Stars.

What can I say? It's called a perfect sleeper and it is. My old beauty rest mattress was worn out and I needed a new mattress. This Serta cost 1/3 as much and it's 200% better. Glad I purchased the Serta Perfect Sleeper Glenmoor super pillowtop king mattress.

This mattress is wonderfull. I would suggest buying the MATTRESS only. I brought the set. The set comes with “SAMs Club” box springs .. VERY POORLY MADE. It does the mattress a disservice. Also it says white glove service- However the trucking coming refused to take our old mattress. As for the mattress .. I've never slept better!!!

I started with the Elmridge which was awesome soft...too soft and it gave me a back ache. Don't get me wrong, the Elmridge was very plush and I loved it. But, I decided to replace it with the Glenmoor, which is very firm and it's great! Love it! Either mattress is awesome. If you like soft, go with Elmridge (wait for Black Friday deal), or if firm is what you need, then Glenmoor is my recommendadtion.

I've had this mattress for about a month, it's good, but not great. I had hoped I had bought a mattress that wouldn't have “two” sides to it, but it has low spots where two people have slept, with “wall” in the middle. I'm pretty disappointed in the product.

I had pulled a muscle in my back and ordered this mattress and box springs from Sams. Not only did I save $200 on a Veterans Day sale, but they also removed my old mattress and installed the new one free! Immediately my back got better from this Serta bed! It was a lifesaver.

Great mattress and was much less than similar at box stores... delivery was very professional and on time no issues... Had a choice of this or the softer mattress.. This wound up being perfect using it 3 weeks now... Box stores need $$ to pay sales people and store rent... Sams club does need this to pay employees and rent so prices are about 50% of box stores that sell mattresses exclusively...No commissioned sales people...

We've been in dire need of new mattresses and just kept putting it off because of their poor quality in furniture stores and costly prices, until we tried the one floor sample at Sam's club.. Best purchase ever ! Gilmore firm mattress is great ALL around!

great mattress, but pick up was not good. We were not able to pick up mattress as scheduled and needed to pick up next day and got serious attitude from Billy pick up person, stating "I will let you do that this time, but from now own it must be picked up as scheduled". Do to this we almost decided to not buy the mattress and go else where.

Hoping this thing gets softer over time because we've had it for two weeks now and it's still hard as a rock. I've woken up quite a few mornings sore all day long from it being so hard. We bought the low profile box springs and happy we did. It's still pretty high off the ground with our frame.
