Hard

Very disappointed. We have had it for 2 months now. Within a week there were indentations where we sleep. It is very hard. It's like sleeping on an old mattress. Does Serta make a cheaper quality for Sam's?

FIRM but comfy

This mattress is FIRM so if you're looking for firm, you've found it. We actually put a 2" foam topper on it to soften just a little and it's perfect. Very supportive and comfy. Lots of movie nights in bed since we bought this!

Bought this for our new king size log bed. Very comfortable. White glove set up is awesome. Delivered and our old mattress/box springs was hauled away on scheduled day.

Firm from the beginning, then softens up a bit.

Bed felt firm for one week then after it broke in it loosened up a bit and felt softened on top. Great overall bed I would say after a week. Before that it was FIRM. Let's see how it holds up over time.

Perfect sleeper indeed

Love the soft touch of the pillow top and the level of firm underneath. You will not sink in this bed and has the right amount of firm to sleep in all positions. Perfect sleeper is the model I'll have for life.

Feel the springs- coils

I have had this bed less than 20 months I feel the coils or springs to the point it has bruised my ribs, my last Serta perfect sleeper lasted 10 years …Why aren't they made with durability like a bed use to be.

The mattresses are designed to last at least 10 years and it has a warranty for that amount of time. We highly recommend reaching back out to your original purchasing store and filing a warranty claim so that you can get taken care of as soon as possible! We hope this helps!

Great at First

I bought this mattress about two years ago, and within a few months, it was sagging in the spot where I sleep. I'm a small person, only 100lbs, so I would expect the pillowtop to hold up better than that. Save your money and buy something else.

Firm Yet Soft

My husband and I love the firm, yet soft feel of the mattress. My husband used to wake up with back pain, but not anymore! We also upgraded from a Queen to a King and there is so much extra space. I love that the mattress contours to our bodies.

The best nights sleep I have ever had

Sleeping on this bed has changed my life. Its been added comfort in my life going from a queen to a king being a tall male at 6' 5 it is extremely comfortable

Good Product

Product was slightly firm at the beginning but has since begun to soften up to conform to my body with use. My nine month old grandbaby loves sleeping on it as well.
