Very disappointed. We have had it for 2 months now. Within a week there were indentations where we sleep. It is very hard. It's like sleeping on an old mattress. Does Serta make a cheaper quality for Sam's?

Bed felt firm for one week then after it broke in it loosened up a bit and felt softened on top. Great overall bed I would say after a week. Before that it was FIRM. Let's see how it holds up over time.

I have had this bed less than 20 months I feel the coils or springs to the point it has bruised my ribs, my last Serta perfect sleeper lasted 10 years …Why aren't they made with durability like a bed use to be.

I bought this mattress about two years ago, and within a few months, it was sagging in the spot where I sleep. I'm a small person, only 100lbs, so I would expect the pillowtop to hold up better than that. Save your money and buy something else.

Product was slightly firm at the beginning but has since begun to soften up to conform to my body with use. My nine month old grandbaby loves sleeping on it as well.

Recieved in March and is sagging worse than my 10 yr old Sealy that it replaced. Box spring was new prior to the purchase and we turn it as recommended. Most disappointing purchase to date from Sam's Club.
